Rosenburg Hotel Brugge

Settled next to one of the canals, positioned close enough to the centre, but at a discreet distance to be away from the bustle and crowds, this hotel provided us with the perfect place from which to relax and explore. The spacious room was more than adequate, and spotlesley clean. The knowledgeable staff, provided guidance and suggestions to which attractions should be viewed. Whilst the buffet style breakfast choice was more than adequate, it's a shame that they do not provide a similar evening buffet, especially as one of teh days on which we stayed, was extremely wet. The lobby and bar area are such that you can be private if you require, or be able to converse with other guests, whilst having a drink. In conclusion, should we ever visit Bruges again, we would not hesitate to stay at the Rosenburg.

I would say the hotel has everything you need but is well overdue for improvements. Rooms are large but very dated and worn. Towels not great. Everything very clean. Linens and beds comfortable. Lobby space is large but so unattractive and underutilized. Breakfast room space is adequate but food set up is poorly organized. Felt clumsy the way the coffee and food were arranged....everyone bumping into each other. Food quality at breakfast good, no issue there. Parking odd, you need to walk a few blocks and park in a private garage. This place has great potential, with a nice location and good size rooms but needs an overhaul. We absolutely loved Bruges but would not likely stay here again.

We stayed for 4 nights and had a wonderful time. Our room was large with a canal view! It was nice to have breakfast at the hotel and the many restaurants nearby made it easy to find a place for dinner. The hotel is right outside the main centre so it is quiet while still being close to everything!

The Hotel Roseburg is located right next to the city with a great view of the waterfront. They have great breakfast and well maintained rooms. The reason for giving a 1 star is the horrible lady at the front desk. My cousin woke up at 5am his door wide open. The next morning he went to explain the issues with a very understanding young lady. When we got back from wondering the city at 6pm. Ana the lady at the front desk was verbally attacking my 16 year old cousin. She then repeatedly threatened said you people should go back to your country. She then threatened to call the police on us and continuously threatened us. Not a great way to feel safe in a new country after having our door opened in the middle of the night.

We were very impressed with this hotel. Stayed for 3 nights. The room was massive, with windows on 2 sides looking over the canal. Great location, just out of the city centre. Really good restaurants and bars 5 mins walk (Punta Est, Brasserie Uilenspiegel, Cafe t Klein, Boem Patat) and many more. Had a fantastic day out on rented bikes (De Ketting). Breakfast is continental with hot bacon and scrambled eggs. Good selection of bread, cheese, eggs, hams, fruit, yoghurt, etc. All you can eat/drink. Would definitely return as so spacious and quiet at night. Bus stop right outside (across the canal No1 route) every 10mins to the station.

Hotel aconchegante e muito agradável. Localizado próximo à cidade antiga com apenas dez minutos caminhando. Roupa de cama, travesseiros e amenidades excelentes. Café da manhã também excelente. Quarto anplo e muito limpo. Recomendo para quem for a Brugge
