"When we arrived at the restaurant at 8 PM, there was no reception desk. Later, we saw the owner in the restaurant and asked him to come and check us in. He told us to wait and keep calling the front desk. The front desk still didn't come, and he reluctantly checked us in."

"The hotel is well placed in front of a nice beach. There ´s a BBQ outside, the patio is incredible and sunset too. Romms are nice and good pressure in the shower. Very sweet place i would surely recommend. "

"Do NOT stay here. I booked a 2 night stay. I arrived in the room to be greeted by dirty sheets and bugs on the bed. I immediately went back to the front desk, not even 5 minutes later, to ask for my money back. They refunded 1 night, but I was told they could not refund the 2nd night. When I tried to get thru to their Customer Service, I quickly realized it was AI, and was hung up on 4x. I was provided an email address to help with the situation. Their reply was that the room is absolutely beautiful, and in their busy time they don't want to lose money, so absolutely no refund or exchange. Garbage customer service."

"The facilities were a bit old, and bloodstains were visible on the duvet cover when it was opened. It takes an hour to drive to Bruce National Park. The main problem is that there are no houses available near the park; prices are very high this time of year. A day trip from Toronto would be quite tiring."
