Extended Stay America Suites - Milwaukee - Brookfield

My physical and psychological needs for a quiet, dark and reliably-available room were met wonderfully! Thank you to Emily for her warm welcome and for having an accessible price for a one night single queen room. I do wish I would've known before entering that there was a 2-burner stove top available in the room for a personalized and personally-prepared dinner, though I also really enjoyed how conveniently located this Extended Stay is to Bluemound Road. I am grateful for the privilege to stay in an affordable, safe, clean, and comfortable room!

Stayed at this hotel for one week at the end of July/beginning of August. First the good: the location is great, the grounds are well-maintained, rooms have a full-sized refrigerator and the staff was friendly enough. That is pretty much all I can say that is positive about our experience. The bed was supposedly queen-sized but it seemed smaller. The mattress was uncomfortable and the bedding was so worn that it was pretty much threadbare. The room, especially the carpet, was dirty. I mean deep down dirty. I mean if you walk barefoot in the room your shower water will be black dirty. The toilet looked like it had not been cleaned thoroughly in a long time. It was not a pleasant environment in which to stay. We stayed seven nights, which did not qualify us for housekeeping. We were provided with four small bath towels, which we had to exchange at the desk when soiled. We will be back in the Brookfield area for a week at Christmas. We have booked a room elsewhere.

Giving a 5 star rating to the entire staff, Emily, Lorenz, Rae, Noel, Adam, and Rebecca. Always taking care of your needs in a timely basis. Friendly and personable too!! Maintenance is always done promptly and housekeeping is top notch. Will always recommend to my friends!!

Management and staff are the best ever. They go the extra mile in making sure all guests feel really at home. Rooms are spotless, cleaned to protection. All hotels should learn from them. I highly recommend staying there.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Safe, comfortable place to stay in as long as you'd like. They have everything you'd need for 1 night or to literally live here. Highly advise to book here when in the area!

This location needs major upkeep and starting to look run down. The stench of other people dinner lingers for several hours The grab and go breakfast was okay if you only eat muffins oatmeal and granola bars plus coffee or tea The A/C worked rather well in my room at least

It’s in a good area, love being able to cook & save money that way, also having laundry facilities on site is always a plus. Wish they would have pots & pans always available for everyone to use. One particular staff member is a little rude, but other then that, they’re friendly. Also I get it’s for long term stay but the pricing is that of something more luxurious, when it’s not.

I want to thank all who work at this place, they are all very helpful and very friendly. My stay was a great experience and I will have to say that the customer service and cleanliness is over the top. You need to Give everyone their a raise for their hard work and great customer service and support. Thank you for everything.
