Premier Inn Gloucester Business Park

Ideal stop off on the way to a holiday in Cornwall. Great location, plenty of free parking, input your registration at reception, very welcoming receptionist. There's a vending machine in the lobby along with free top up supplies for tea and coffee. The family room we booked was very spacious, the bathroom was also spacious with a full size bath with overhead shower. The usual tv, kettle etc in the room and has a pub next door, supermarket, takeaways and petrol station within easy walking distance. The bed, well as per usual with Premier Inn, was very comfy and had a great nights sleep after a long journey. Only one negative, its unfortunate that there wasn't a plug socket next to the bed as I have a CPAP machine that needed plugging in. Luckily I had an extension lead packed with us as I didn't know what our final accommodation would be like but otherwise I don't know what I would've done

Everything considered, this was a 4 star experience. Yes, I would have liked the aircon unit to stop making a gurgling noise throughout the night, the same as I would have liked the TV to be more instant whilst changing channels. But at the end of the day, this was a comfortable nights sleep.

On our arrival at check in,we were greeted by Beau and a colleague. Two very amicable,friendly and professional individuals. Check in was seamless and the room we were allocated was very clean and comfortable. I have stayed in many PremierInns throughout the UK and I can state quite categorically that this hotel far exceeds any other. There are ample amenities in close proximity of the building. Tesco,Subway,Dominoes,Costa to name a few. All in all,a massive thanks to all staff for making our stay a comfortable and memorable weekend. Highly recommended,do not hesitate to book a reservation. 5* Service with a smile. Many thanks Beau,you’re a star!

One of the best inn’s we’ve stayed in for quite some time, the staff were very friendly and professional, the inn was in good proximity to the motorway. The inn was clean, our room was fine with a comfortable bed at. And decent shower, breakfast was exceptional. Would stay again

Aimee and Suzy were amazing. Super friendly and helpful with our group and didn't seem like a problem with any requests. Thank you for being so accommodating with all our group. Definitely one of the best services at a premier inn I've ever received.
