Abbots Grange Manor House

This Manor is amazing. We felt like we stepped back in time and was living in a royal retreat in the Cotswolds. The staff, Stacy, and everything was wonderful and well attended to. The food was marvelous and we loved every minute of our stay. The only bad part was having to leave.

Beautiful property in a fantastic location. Grounds are extensive with a loveky view across the valley. Rooms are well ewuiped and beautifully furnished and very comfortable. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast is plentiful and leisurely. Great base to explore the surrounding cotswolds countryside and a great escape from the fast pace of everyday life.

The Cotswolds in January? We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Abbots Grange in January 2025 and found plenty to do. Abbots Grange is a historic property and every room is unique. We stayed in the Carriage Room, one of three apartment-like rooms in the barn. The room felt newly-renovated with a lovely bathroom and a small bio-fuel fired fireplace. We had the opportunity to see several rooms and they range from good size with a tub and handheld shower to a HUGE multi-room apartment. The owners and their staff could not have been more accommodating. Full English Breakfast was amazing and the small honor bar and large sitting room with fireplace in the main building provided a wonderful place to relax at night. Abbots Grange's location right in the heart of Broadway proved perfect for our visit. We toured the Cotswolds by day and returned at night to Broadway which had many great choices for restaurants. Abbots Grange deserves 5 stars.

Stayed on Sunday 8th December 2024 in the Bishops Suite. This was our first visit and we were astounded as to how nice the place was. The welcome and the tour round with the history was amazing. Although they don’t have a restaurant it is so close to the beautiful village of Broadway with numerous choices for evening meal it doesn’t matter. Our room was fantastic, warm and incredible. 4 poster bed so comfy! Breakfast was delightful too. Will definitely be visiting again but we’ll try and go when there is no storms! I can only offer glowing praise, for the staff, the venue, the breakfast and everything else regarding our stay The staff are superb, attentive, friendly and always happy and willing to help - they are a credit to the business The venue is absolutely wonderful and it was a privilege and a pleasure to stay at Abbots Grange. I cannot find fault with anything, and we loved it so much that, on the morning we checked out we did book another stay next year.

I think this is the fourth time we have stayed at Abbots Grange. For us it’s unusual to stay this number of occasions at any hotel or B and B. With so many wonderful and interesting options we tend to try different venues. However, there is undoubtedly something very special about Abbots Grange. From the warm welcome, the variety of different room styles, the history of the property to the fabulous breakfast. All of the above plus the easy and secure parking and its proximity to the village.
