Jubilee Views Holiday Apartments

Greeted by Lilian on arrival. Very friendly and helpful. I loved the 2 bed apartment overlooking the pool and the garden area. This apt had everything we would need for the few days and more. Lovely large apt with an open plan kitchen, with appliances, fridge, dishwasher etc. Two bathroom with washing machine and dryer. The unit has 2 balconies, the main one large with table and chairs and room to dry clothes. Location is ideal with tram stop just outside and short walk to the restaurants and bars which were a lot more than I was expecting. But overall a great stay and great value for money over a similarly priced hotel room in the area. The location is ideal. Over the couple of days we spent in the Gold Coast we walked the beach to surfers paradise. I loved our trip and will be back.

Lovely large apt with an open plan kitchen, dining and sitting area. The welcome pack with tea, coffee, milk was very much appreciated. Washing machine and dryer with packs of washing powder was unexpected and again very appreciated. The location is ideal. Over the couple of days we spent in the Gold Coast we walked the beach to surfers paradise, took a tram and bus to the Currumbin wildlife sanctuary and got to and from the airport using the public transport. I loved our trip and it was def enhanced with the place we stayed in.

Stairs to top floor but more to do with my knees than the actual steps

Leaving this on trip advisor as they seem to have hidden my wife (Amel's) review on google. I don't know who is giving this place 4 stars but it's a 1 star place. It's old and dated, worn, old paint, paper thin cheap carpet, thin, flat pillows on beds. Food from previous guests in bottom of dishwasher. Air con is pretty useless, it's a tiny unit in corner of living room (like blowing onto the curtains it's so close to the wall), and set to a 2 hour timer so good luck if you like unbroken sleep, you either wake up to put the air con back on every 2 hours or you wake up sweating in the QLD heat. And if you go out for a few hours (which on holidays you usually do), you are welcomed back to a sauna of a unit it's so hot inside. My wife used her hair straightener for 10 minutes the first night and it shorted out the air con and the fridge, we noticed the air con and reported it but didn't notice the fridge until the morning when my wife returned with $200 of groceries to a warm fridge. Dryer made our clothes smell like smoke, and shorted the power repeatedly until we gave up and just hung the clothes outside. The owner should not be renting the unit in this condition. Would not recommend this place.
