Mantra Broadbeach on the Park

Friendly and informative Check in. Included parking was a nice bonus. Nice property and great location.

Fantastic location, couldn't fault front desk staff, very helpful and welcoming. Traffic noise once in bed quite loud (we were there on Supercar weekend). 3 bed apartment was spacious, if not a little tired. Beds are great. A couple of housekeeping issues, though nothing too dramatic. Close to shops, restaurants, bars and tram. Pool area is small and could do with a shoosh up to be more inviting. Very satisfied with our stay.

Due to a personal emergency, I was unable to travel and advised the hotel the day before I was due to arrive. After 3 days of no response I decided to follow up and was eventually told my full weeks accommodation would be charged even though I never stayed at the hotel. Very poor form Mantra, you should focus more on your guests than your revenue.

We recently got married at the Mantra Broadbeach on the Park. We stayed in a three bedroom apartment on the 16th Floor, and the room exceeded our expectations. The view from our balcony was magnificent, and the modern clean and spacious apartment provided us with everything we needed. For our special occasion, we must say a massive thankyou to Corey the Reception Manager. He was extremely helpful from the outset, and was always on hand if we had any questions or issues. We have to say a big thank you to Corey. He put us at ease, and always had a smile on his face. We would highly recommend a stay at the Mantra Broadbeach on the Park. Great location, fantastic apartment, and lovely staff. We hope to stay there again. Thanks again. John & Gaynor.

Great location, beach, restaurants and grocery stores all within easy walking distance. Clean comfortable room, facilities all worked fine. Recommended as a good value location in central Broadbeach. There aren't that many of them left.

Had to wait to check in as the site manager was away from desk for 20 minutes. Then had to park elsewhere as allocated spot was taken up by someone else. Was told we would be given another spot but wasn’t called so we parked in a resident’s spot who wasn’t happy
