"It was a 20min walk from the train station. We stayed in the hotel for the Balloon Fiesta. The bus stop for the shuttle to the fiesta was just opposite the hotel. There's a lot of restaurants near the hotel which is really convenient. The hotel staff accomodated our request and helped to look for a twin room for us. Our room had a nice city view and we managed to see the morning ascent from our hotel room."

"The place itself was spacious enough. The staff were polite, but the breakfast selection was just average. It's close to the M Shed attraction, and you can easily walk to the canal area. Getting to the bridge takes less than 10 minutes by car, which is very convenient. There's also a 20% discount on parking."

Aamiainen on yleensä parempi kaksipuu hotelleissa, joissa on hieman kanepi lasi, joka on laadukkaampi, mutta tämä hotelli ei ollut. Muuta kuin että sijainti on varmasti jotain mielessä. It takes approximately 50 minutes to go to the center with m1 or t1 bus. But on Sunday those busss run on either 20 or 30 min intervals so it’s quite a bit of a trouble. I didn't try the pool or the gym but they looked good I must say. Löysin myös hieman ärsyttävää, että sain huoneeni täsmälleen kello kolme.. se ei ollut valmis ennen, mutta se on onnekas kysymys."

"Avoid at all costs ,it’s not worth it, even if you don’t have many options. I can guarantee that anything else would be better than this. We booked this room through Trip.com, and upon arrival, we were told we had to pay £5 for parking ,despite there being a sign stating that parking is free for guests, but not for those who book through a third party company… The rooms were filthy and in terrible condition. They are in need of refurbishment. We asked to change rooms but were told the hotel was fully booked. One of the windows wouldn’t close, so we had to sleep with it open. That might have been bearable, except the hotel is right next to the M5, and the noise made it extremely difficult to sleep. The bathroom was dirty,the floor hadn’t been hoovered or mopped, and the shower floor was disgusting (thankfully, I had flip-flops). The toilet hadn’t even been flushed. The carpet was stained and unvacuumed. The walls were falling apart. I even found a dirty sock and used tissue in the room. The receptionist did offer to clean the toilet, but that doesn’t make up for the overall state of the place. The hotel listing shows a picture of a swimming pool, but there isn’t one. They also claim to have a gym ,where is it? All I saw was a tiny room with three cardio machines. I only stayed because I couldn’t find anywhere else at the last minute, and they refused to offer a refund or even a partial refund. They told Trip.com customer service that they were offering us free breakfast as compensation ,but they only called us at 9am to let us know, and breakfast ends at 10. I was asleep until 9:30 because I’d been kept up most of the night by the noise. Honestly, this was a total waste of money and a really bad experience."

"First and last time staying at this joke of a hotel. When booking the room, I had asked for one at the very end of the corridor as I'm a light sleeper. I do however appreciate that this cannot always be accommodated. Upon check-in I was given an accessible room with an interconnecting door half way down the corridor. This is a room type I hadn't asked for. The young lady on reception was extremely rude, impolite and frankly abrasive and unprofessional. She claims that all accessible rooms are seen as standard rooms despite booking websites giving the option of accessible ones. I had a bad nights sleep due to constant footfall past the room and of course noise coming from the adjoining room through the interconnecting door which may as well have not been there. A word of warning for anyone booking a room at the weekend. Don't pay extra for the parking and leisure facilities package which was around an extra £20. It turns out that parking at weekends is free and use of the leisure facilities is around £5. This is not made clear on the website and is not only mercenary but somewhat dishonest. The location is not great with nowhere nearby within walking distance to get an evening meal unless you want to pay over the odds whilst sitting in the bar area which has music and TV sports volume turned up so loudly it is like being at a match or gig."
