"Hotel was ideally located for our weekend trip, and was very welcoming with a fast check in process. Parking was only £5 for a 24hour period so great value for money compared to other hotels. Room was lovely, bed very comfortable and spotlessly clean throughout. Bathroom was immaculate and nicely decorated and came with Dove handwash and shampoo/shower accessories which was a lovely touch. Although there wasn't a fridge, we had a kettle and tea/coffee making facilities along with ironing board, hairdryer, extra pillows and a large TV with Netflix. Slept wonderfully...very peaceful and great black out curtains. Breakfast was amazing. Great choice of hot and cold products...plenty of choice and food was hot! Lady who greeted us in restaurant was extremely helpful and asked about allergies. My friend has a nut allergy, so the member of staff proceeded to explain about which products to avoid. This was extremely helpful and essential. This put my friend at ease immediately. The bar are and restaurant again were exceptionally clean and tidy. Decor and seating in bar area was very tasteful and comfortable. Our checkout process was very quick and easy. Over all a very welcoming and comfortable stay. Would definitely stay here again and recommend highly to others Thank you for a lovely stay 🙂"

"The hotel is showing its age and badly in need of a refit. The hotel room was as clean as it could be considering the age of the fittings and furniture but the floor boards were loose and a sloping floor meant sleeping with my legs higher than my head. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was well cooked but the helpings were very small. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a smaller sausage! All in all expensive considering what’s on offer."

"Breakfast is good, our room was clean and big. The gym is lovely. The only thing I was not happy with was the shower - the water took a long time to warm up, and did not stay warm. The water pressure was also weak."

Kylpyhuone oli myös hyvin ajateltu hyvin hyvin erittäin epätavallinen suihku. Tuntui pystyä kickback, rentoutua heti. Kaikki henkilöstö oli hyvin ammattitaitoinen, avuksi ja viisaasti.  Toivon, että olisin kokeillut ravintolaa, koska aamiainen oli hyvin hyvä."

"Mukava sijainti. Puhdas. Kylpyhuone on pieni mutta toiminnallinen. Vesipaine ei ole kovin vahva ja vesilämpötila voi vaihdella. Kolmannella yöllä ei ollut kuumaa vettä, mutta vastaanottomies oli nopea tarjota korvausta epämukavuudesta. Kolmannella kerroksella on yksi pesukone/kuivaaja ja se maksaa £1 pesu/kuivaajaa kohti"

"We stayed for two nights recently. Everything about the hotel was right but we particularly liked the room. It was spacious, comfortable and clean. The decor was modern but not too minimalist. All fittings were in good condition and the heating and air-conditioning worked. We did not eat at the hotel as there are nice cafes etc very close by and a proper pub just up to road. The hotel is not in the very centre of Bristol but it's close to everything. Ideal for us. A subsidised car park is only a five minute walk away. All staff were friendly and helpful too. We will stay again."
