酒店距離火車站很近 走路很快就能到 其他的服務都很好 除了第二日早上9點有被酒店清潔工作人員很粗魯地開門 我和我的朋友當時都在睡覺 對此感到很不安全 和酒店前台兩次溝通過後也衹得到了report的答覆 沒有任何措施 The hotel is very convenient to the train station. Other services are very good except that the door was rudely opened by the hotel cleaning staff at 9 am in the second day. My friend and I were sleeping at the time and felt very unsafe and uncomfortable. After communicating with the hotel reception twice, we only received a report reply and no any other answer.

Clean room. Nice and quiet. Friendly staff. Easy parking.

Room was clean and functional. Check in was smooth. Location was very close to the train station.

Nice room, very clean and bathroom was nice and clean too. Location is good with a bus stop just outside which takes you to the centre but also is very quick to walk

位置和周邊環境不錯，衞生也可以，但是設施略微有點舊，但是並無大礙，網絡延遲稍微有點大，視頻會議和遊戲會有影響

整體不錯，前台服務非常好，當時我們有6個箱子需要寄存，非常感謝服務人員的幫助。

房間乾淨，環境很好，服務態度友善，但是我這房間頭頂沒有燈，主卧區域衹能靠書桌和兩牀頭櫃這三個地方的燈照明，具體如圖所示。 早餐有點難吃，但是英國這邊的自助早餐確實就那樣，傳統英式那幾樣，習慣了。

不是很乾凈。但還是位置不錯，窗外的風景不錯。

The room was quiet, clean and with all the necessary facilities. The position of the Hotel is great, literally 10 minutes walking distance from the city center.
