브리즈번 페스티벌을 즐기기 위해 주말동안 머물렀어요. 위치도 편리하고 객실도 넓어 편했습니다. 연식에 비해 잘 관리된 객실이긴 핬지만 투숙 당일 설비 문제로 빌딩 전체에 온수가 잘 나오지 않아 많이 당황스러웠네요. 아이들과 함께 갔는데 찬물로 샤워를 해야 했구요, 뒤늦게 안내문만 있었을뿐 아무런 대처가 없어 좀 아쉬웠어요.

Unfortunately, during your stay, we were experiencing unforeseen hot water outages this being for the safety of our guests. We were on priority with our provider to have them repaired as soon as possible but they were unable to say when the hot water would be brought back online. I can report the hot water have been brought back online, with preventative measures now in place to prevent a reoccurrence of this nature. Thank you for choosing to stay with us. 地段好的 兩室衞生狀況可以 但是畢竟開業年歲比較久，設施一般

酒店前台的服務很好。check in, check out, 寄存行李時，她們的態度都好好，非常感謝她們的友好幫助。酒店有點兒舊，沒有浴簾或趟門，洗澡時水很容易彈到地面上。不過床很舒服，睡得很好。

Excellent location. It just took minutes to take a trip by ferry. The famous shopping center was just down to the street. The receptionists were great and cheerful. The kitchenette was quite good for preparing food just like at home.

原本定了雙床，給了大床，給前台Mina説了後，直接給開了套房的另一個房間給我們，地理位置好，去河邊不用走5分鐘就可以看到story bridge.
