"Terrible experiences as hotel no a/c at all, I had slept in a hot temperature for all day and night, I checked with hotel reception as I was told they were informed all the booking platforms long time ago about the hotel under a/c maintenance work, but there is nothing mentioned on the trip.com when I booked the room and at the end, I had to cancel my stay and move to another hotel, although trip.com has been contacted for an assist but somehow, I had to work around all the alternative by myself"

"Oikein kaunis hotelli, jossa on ystävällinen henkilöstö. En pahoittele, että löysin rantakatsaus huoneesta. Sänky oli niin mukava tuntui kuin olin kotona omaa sängyä. Aamiainen oli hieman miellyttävä maku, mutta se oli silti tylsä. Suihku oli fantastinen erinomaisella lämpötilalla ja vedenpaineella. Olin hieman varhain tarkistaa (3pm) joten he ottivat taskuni ja toivat sen huoneeseen, kun se oli valmis. Sain drinkin baarissa odottaessani. On jotain nostalgista käyttää todellista metalliavain avaamaan yhden hotellihuone. Kävelin sisään ja musiikki oli käynnissä ja tuoksu oli hyvä. Tunnen sisältöä siellä. Tulen varmasti takaisin, jos löydän itseni Brightonissa."

"I really enjoyed my stay and the hotel was in very good location , hotel was lovely and the massive selling point is the pool and spa , excellent facilities and friendly staff Only downside was the breakfast didn’t provide many vegan or allergen friendly items and that the heating wasn’t very regulated and felt a little ill front being too overheated in the room and no ventilation That being said I like love to come back as it’s so close to the sea. The view was amazing xxx"

"This was the cheapest hotel we found with two single beds. Our room was in the basement, accessible via a rather steep staircase with low head clearance. It was a good-sized room with relatively comfortable beds. Unfortunately, it was very noisy; we could hear everything, even when the next-door neighbor was in the bathroom. The location wasn't particularly scenic, but all of Brighton's tourist highlights were within a few minutes' walk. The room was generally clean, though the toilet flush wasn't working properly and only cold water came out of the shower. Neither was a major issue for us. This is a clear recommendation for travelers on a tight budget who prioritize saving money. If comfort is important to you, you should consider spending a bit more."

"We had a very pleasant stay at the Holiday Inn Brighton. The room was spacious, clean, and tidy, and housekeeping refreshed it every day, which we really appreciated. The service was outstanding — the staff genuinely make an effort to ensure their guests are comfortable and well looked after. We had a small request regarding the kettle in our room, as the original one had a bit of limescale build-up. The front desk handled the issue immediately and even went above and beyond by providing a brand-new kettle. This level of responsiveness really impressed us. The only minor downside is that our room was connected to the neighbouring room through a shared internal door. Although it was locked on both sides, the sound insulation was not as strong. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would gladly return. Friendly service and great comfort!"

"This hotels frontage echo’s bygone splendour and is perfectly situated on the sea front. However, the hotel is ready for refurb and I certainly wouldn’t stay in the annex again (that’s the bit at the back without a sea view). Out room 254 was not what I expect from a Mercure - we had 2 extra single beds and a tatty sofa chair in our higgledy-piggledy “double” room! However, the staff were excellent, very polite and welcoming. The breakfast was superb and again the restaurant staff were lovely and professional."
