Kempfield House

Very old rooms. The floor squeaks and matters. Was quite uncomfortable. And they did not have a replacement. The location is excellent and it was very quiet.

Ok Vi hade beställt rum med frukost, men de tyckte det var ’jobbigt’ att ordna frukost för enbart 4 personer…! Duschen var svår att ställa in i rum 2.

Property good position and next to their pub , check in took a long time and problems finding booking do we bought some beers in their pub but unfortunately glasses were not clean. .. rooms where clean . We paid through ******* for room and breakfast rate ..unfortunately despite the delicious menu displayed on bed side tables and proimse of beakfast for all guests , double gusets per room where paid for but no one got up to open pub and give us breakfast..so we had to arrange a taxi to go elsewhere.. When comtacted b and b about the poor service no answer or offer of recompense was given .. Disappointing as this did not feel professional or valueing your paying customers 😕
