DoubleTree by Hilton Brighton Metropole arvostelua

We had a great experience at this hotel! The welcome cookie was delicious and just what we needed after a long drive down from London. We were celebrating our anniversary, and they surprised us with some towel art and cake! The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast buffet had great variety and a beautiful view.  Only comments would be the lack of complementary water and mini-fridge the room. The AC took a while to become cold, but it got there eventually.  Overall, we had a great trip and don’t regret picking this hotel!

前台排隊嚴重 需要等很久 雖然有自帶停車場 但是車位需要搶 很不方便… 房間一般很一般 佈局很詭異 卧室很大但是很暗 這個酒店勝在地理位置好 出門就是海…

酒店的設施設備還不錯，位置也不錯，沿着海灘邊，步行到布萊頓中心也很方便。

Me and my boyfriend went to stay at this hotel while in Brighton and it is so lovely the staff r really nice ,hotel is beautiful,they have a spa ,pool,gym,restaurant and bar and it’s all rlly lovely will go back for sure

We asked for a sea view room and wasn’t even acknowledged. So as much as the room was clean our view was looking at buildings through our windows.

Brighton Hilton Hotel 坐落於布萊頓的黃金地段，緊鄰著壯觀的海岸線，步行幾分鐘即可抵達布萊頓碼頭（Brighton Pier）和著名的倫敦大道（The Lanes）。從酒店房間可以欣賞到一望無際的海景，特別是夕陽西下時，景色令人陶醉。 辦理入住手續的過程十分順暢，前台服務人員態度友善且專業，還細心地為我介紹酒店設施與附近的景點。他們樂於回答任何問題，讓我感受到賓至如歸的溫暖。 我入住的是海景房，房間寬敞明亮，裝潢典雅且具有現代感。床鋪非常舒適，枕頭與床墊的軟硬度恰到好處，確保了一夜好眠。浴室設備齊全，提供高品質的洗浴用品，讓人倍感舒適。

很棒的酒店，唯一不足是入住的時候有一名華裔女前台為了讓我們升級房間騙我們説我們預訂的房間現在還在打掃，無法check in。當我們説不升級後就跟我們説我們預訂的房間已經好了，現在就能check in。這點小伎倆實在有些讓人無語。

Joanne's service was excellent—she provided detailed analysis and recommendations, guiding us to upgrade to a sea-view King bed room. This allowed us to enjoy the stunning sunrise and sunset over Brighton’s coast under the warm sunshine, making our trip even more memorable. We hope to visit again in the future and look forward to receiving any room offers from you.

This was a booking for my mother-in-law. She thoroughly enjoyed her stay. We booked an accessible room for her because her mobility is not great. She said the room was very spacious and the accessibility features were very well thought out. The staff was very helpful and accommodating as well.

The hotel is near the sea ! Good~ But the hotel is a bit old.

這一家doubletree整體表現一般。房間設施和服務都有突出之處。地下停車場住店客人折扣後27磅，隔壁Holiday Inn地下停車場15磅。

很好的地段，到哪裡都很方便。到了酒店付費升級了海景房，很值得。房間乾淨，早餐也不錯。

停車位在酒店後邊不太好找，從停車場出來到大堂的標識不太清楚，環境不錯，乾淨衞生，地理位置也很好

第二次來Brighton選了這家、優點是在海邊，但離市中心一些熱鬧設施略要走幾分鐘。 房間不錯，背後亞洲美食一條街很近，樓下Salt是每次來必打卡的
