Blue Haven Holiday Apartments

The location was great, just a 15-minute drive from the airport. The rooms were bright, with plenty of natural sunlight and a wonderful view — the perfect way to start the day. The room, fridge, and bathroom were very clean, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Once the doors were closed, the rooms were quiet, apart from the morning chickens reminding you that the day has begun (which was quite charming!). Pricness welcomed us and was very helpful throughout our stay. We were a group of 13, and the property accommodated us very well. The staff around the venue were polite and friendly, and having on-site laundry facilities was also a great help. Being less than a 5-minute walk from Dover Beach, lovely restaurants, and other activities was simply brilliant.

Jenny anderson the manager in the office at blue haven needs further training on complaint handling . Treated our concerns very rudely and abrupt. This lady should not be a manager and you should be doing more to make sure guests get what they have paid for. You messed up with our booking and can only offer us a downgrade. We havent got what we paid for, our tv doesnt work, our xheck in time got moved due to there mistake on the day after we arrived. Haven have ruined nearly 2 whole days. I am disgusted by her attitude. O had to ask this lady 3 times for her managers details and was reluctant to do so.

As a return guest, I’m always impressed by the warm welcome and hospitality services by the lovely staff and overall pleasant and comfortable stay. Looking forward to my next visit.

Perfect ! Perfect location . Can’t imagine better on the island . So close to the bus, amazing selection of restaurants , two nice beaches . All within a few minutes walk . Also walking distance ( or a short bus) to Oistins , Miami Beach , pebbles beach ,the capital , etc The apartment was perfect . Couldn’t have asked for nicer . No complaints whatsoever . The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful .

The hotel was conveniently located for this business trip. It was comfortable and clean. The balcony was lovely. It was a short walk to the beach in the morning and after work.

Love the property it was my second time staying there.Only complaint I noted that I was celebrating my birthday but nothing special was done for it. So that was a little disappointing.
