Welcome to Low Tide Haven, a 1000 sf, 2 bedroom, 1st floor condo, just minutes from historic downtown New Bern, NC. The condo is located just over the Neuse River Bridge, on the bottom floor of an historic (circa 1914) building. The structure was recently restored and offers a unique experience, with enough space to accommodate a family of four, and a location that's just two blocks away from the river. The kitchenette offers a microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker, and pop-up style bread toaster. Space was fun and unique. Short drive to down town New Bern. Host very responsive and accommodating! Really enjoyed the space. The fish tank is beautiful, gives white noise throughout apartment.

As the description says, it is a unique place. Since this is a former business and the accommodations are set up in there, you don't get a full kitchen, just a coffee maker and toaster oven. It didn't bother us at all, since we weren't going to cook anyway. The aquarium with the fish is gorgeous. Slightly noisy, since the pump has to be running constantly. Not ideal for light sleepers, but it can be fixed with some ear plugs. The location is right across the river, and everything is roughly eight minutes drive away.We had a great time staying there and are already thinking returning next year.

What I really LIKED about the property is the cleanliness and layout of the condo. Nice amenities and very close to New Bern. The reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because of the very loud fish/coral reef tank in the living area. It is so loud at night. It kept us from getting a decent night's sleep the whole time we were there.

Fun and unique stay This was a cool place to stay, quiet neighborhood and 5 minute drive across the bridge to New Bern. Pool table was fun and loved the fish! Love that the building used to be a store, very interesting history. Would definitely stay here again.

Funky and Fun The space is just as it appears in pictures. It is a comfortable place. We were there off season, but found the area to be quiet. Walks around the area afforded us a chance to meet locals who gave some great recommendations. It is located across the river from downtown. I love staying near but not in the heart of a new to me destination and I would stay here again. It is an open concept that has walls for privacy in the bedrooms but A common ceiling for the whole space. I was able to be in my room and communicate with my family. A plus for me. Definitely recommend this listing!

Great space We enjoyed a quick getaway to catch up with family in New Bern for the holiday. Low Tide offered a great space where we could play cards and pool while socializing and enjoying food from a local pizzeria. The space was clean and attractive in decor with a lovely fish tank. Definitely recommend!!
