The deer feeder allows for viewing of deer on some mornings and evenings. The pond will be fully filled and stocked soon. Groomed walking trail allows access to to the 20 acres. Cornhole & grill available. Owners are on neighboring 21 acre lot & always available if needed.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs (limit 1 total).About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Pond: Do not swim in the pond.
Speed: 10 mph on gravel road at all times.
