Captain Freeman Inn

Captain Freeman Inn is exceptional in every way. The owners, Laurie and Jason, are knowledgeable, helpful, and attentive. They serve a different delicious three course breakfast every day, and will tailor it to suit vegetarians. There is a tea time, with infused water and iced tea, and different delicious homemade pastries every afternoon. Our room was beautiful. We stayed in the Barnstable room, and it had a sunporch overlooking a garden, an extremely comfortable bed, and a beautiful nautical bathroom. The heated, outdoor, saltwater pool was gorgeous, and it was hard to tear ourselves away to take the 8 minute walk to Breakwater Beach. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend Captain Freeman Inn.

My husband and I cannot say enough about The Captain Freeman Inn. This is our 4th time here. This is our new home away from home. We feel like this is our vacation home. Laurie and Jason make you feel like VIPs. The breakfasts are great. On a scale of 1 to 10 we give it an 11. We can't wait to return. We already booked another week for next year.

Another wonderful stay at our favorite Inn. The attention to detail is unmatched, and their continuous efforts to elevate the already amazing amenities are incredible. From the flower bouquet bar, the porch blankets, and the new pool seats, Laurie and Jason make every moment enjoyable. We had stayed in Falmouth the last 3 years in our annual Cape Cod getaway. However, we wanted a change and to try the Captain Freeman Inn again. I say again because we stayed at CFI several years ago before Jason and Laurie took over and made it such a welcoming and clean well run B& B. Jason communicated with me prior to our stay regarding how many steps to our room on the second floor since I have a knee issue. It was worth every step to enjoy the Eastham Room. The room was comfortable, with a little enclosed porch and everything you could think of including a wonderful king bed, great linens and a wonderful large bathroom. Laurie is wonderful about all the little touches and her delicious breakfasts. They accommodated my dietary requests perfectly. Laurie served a delicious “vacation” yogurt one day and I asked for it every morning for the rest of our stay! Make your own floral arrangement for your room was such a fabulous idea! We enjoyed the pool one afternoon and was truly restful and clean. On our way home my husband and I agreed Captain Freeman Inn was a great choice and how much we enjoyed our getaway! Kudos to Laurie and Jason!

We absolutely LOVE the Captain Freeman Inn. Laurie & Jason think of every detail, every comfort, and made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. Our room was immaculately clean, bright, quiet (no road noise), with sea-side artwork and decor. Laurie has a great eye for design and detail in everything she does. All of the sitting rooms, guest rooms, dining area, small gift shop, and wrap-around porch are perfect! Jason is an expert at managing all the booking logistics as well as perfecting the breakfast meal each morning - quiche, home-made scones, fresh fruit, crepes, freshly brewed coffee, with the cutest dishes out on the breakfast porch. The pool is refreshing and relaxing on a hot summer day or you can take a 5-minute walk to Breakwater Beach. There is nothing we would change - it is truly one of the best Inns with the best Inns-keepers on the Cape. If you are lucky enough to find an opening, book it - you won't regret it. Captain Freeman Inn provided stellar accommodations, and served scrumptious breakfasts and baked treats. The Inn was immaculate, and the salt water pool was delightful. The Inn's location in Brewster is convenient to many attractions on the Cape. Laurie and Jason are the best innkeepers ever!! My wife Lori and I would return in a heartbeat!!
