Captain Freeman Inn

From the moment you walk in the door, it’s welcoming, comfort, inviting. The owners Jason and Laurie are so accommodating and friendly, they have suggestions of things to do in the area and places to eat or hang out. The rooms are beautiful, the three course breakfast is five star, the heated salted swimming pool with fire pit is amazing. Highly recommend.

My wife and I joined my brother and his wife for a mid-week getaway after hearing them rave about past visits to Captain Freeman Inn. Everything, and I mean everything was perfect. Innkeepers, Jason and Laurie, were so friendly and accommodating. The room was perfect and the breakfasts and cheeseboard were off the chart delicious. Can hardly wait to return! Stephen & Jeanne K.

This Inn really is perfection! The innkeepers could not be nicer or more accommodating , the breakfasts are so delicious and the Inn itself is sparkling clean and beautifully decorated. There is not a single thing could be commented on to make it better because The Captain Freeman Inn is just perfect in every way. We are repeat vacationers there and will definitely return.

Quality stay Very nice stay here - good location for going out on day trips. The Inn and hospitality by Laurie and Jason were excellent. Everything from breakfast to accomodations were well done !!

So excited to have found this gem of a place! Laurie and Jason have done such a beautiful job making this Inn welcoming and relaxing. The B and B is absolutely stunning with lots of local artwork and Laurie’s special touch as she was formerly an interior designer. It was already decorated for Christmas which made it even more special with music playing softly throughout. Homemade treats await you every day and they even catered to my dietary restrictions. The three course breakfast was delicious! There is a tea and coffee area with everything you could need from mugs, to go cups and even filtered water. There is a heated salt water pool and they provide big comfy hooded robes in your room before you head outside. This pool is open year round. Our room The Barnstable was gorgeous with so much attention to detail and it even had a little closed in porch! We did the quiet season package which was such a wonderful value and it also included a bottle of wine and big charcuterie board for our chosen night as well as a gift card toward a local restaurant. I highly recommend this offering! It runs through April. I could honestly go on and on about it but you will have to just see for yourselves. Jason and Laurie you are so kind and accommodating and we wish you both the very best. We will be back!!

Arrived to a very warm welcome by the hosts and everything continued to be simply perfect. Our room was spacious, lovely and spotlessly clean. Breakfasts were delicious. The B&B was beautiful and elegant but most importantly inviting. Definitely recommend and very much hope to visit again!
