Discusting hotel, bed was rotten, carpets were very dirty, toilet did not flush and couldn’t shower as shower did not work, then no running cold water. Do not stay here, asked for manager to call me and still have not heard from him, I have never experienced anything like this in my life

Comfy beds, clean, great value family room. Right next to Starbucks and restaurant/events venue. 5 mins to Brentwood or Basildon.

There was no sea view and the cocktail bar was difficult to find. The swimmimg pool was a little dry.

Very comfortable and quiet hotel plus extremely convenient for Tilbury cruise terminal. The journey is about 15 minutes on a straight road.

Good location for our visit to Billericay, The bed was nice and the room was clean and warm. I would like to see a couple of drinking glasses in the bathroom as well as the 2 cups provided for making Tea & Coffee. Big shout out to Laura the receptionist / Manage .... GREAT service and a lovely smile & attitude. We will be using this hotel again when we return next year.

The hotel is tired and dated throughout, there is a distinct smell throughout as you enter the stairs from reception. The toilet had to be flushed several times in order to clear The window in the room failed to seal properly and could be pushed open in the locked position, this led to us being unable to escape the noise of the traffic outside. The pillows were so hard we went to the nearby Asda and purchased our own

A great welcome on arrival. Morning Receptionist, Caisy was extremely professional, very helpful and well spoken. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely return. Caisy was busy with her duties but still found time to ensure all my needs were met.
