Newly refurbished and great location, right next to the train station

Good for a business trip.

ok for a short stay over, very well placed for a quick access to the train station

Great hotel, air con in the rooms, food was good, parking could have been better for large vans.

Checked in late on Christmas day without any delay at desk. Directed to 8th floor as a Premier Plus couple. Fabulous upgraded room lighting, bathroom and furnishings. High up .. very quiet and a wonderful comfortable bed. Great value and staff were polite and efficient. Would strongly recommend.

Found a bed bug crawling across my pillow after being in the room for about an hour. Was offered another room but didn't want to chance repeat experience. Money for room returned eventually, was informed by PI bugs had been found and dealt with.

The place has just been refurbished nicely but the heating/cooling system was not upgraded. The rooms are colder and most of the time it is warmer in the corridors than the rooms. The heat settings can be set to heat remotely but are always left on auto. 25 degrees on the screen does not reflect in the room. Why can't these be set to 'heat' for winter???

The Premier Plus room was very comfortable and I felt the hotel was relaxed and welcoming. The reception staff were great and the breakfast was better than some other Premier Inns I’ve stayed at over the years. The location is central and there are plenty of shops nearby. I would certainly be happy to return.

Clean and tidy hotel, good location if using the Elisabeth line into London (2mins walk to station) Breakfast was good value for money with plenty of options. Reception staff not the best, tried over a dozen times in 3 hours to contact the hotel without the phone ever been answered.

Recently refurbished and is in a very good location to the Elizabeth line, the room itself is spacious, clean, good comfy bed and pillows. The powerpoints have been moved to more convenient areas. Bathroom good size and good shower. The restaurant has a goid selection and the service and staff I can't complain they was great. It's the chef or the cook that needs sorting out I ordered a pizza 🍕 and it abysmal, how they can think or even have the sheer arrogance to serve the pizza I can't explain, I'd be ashamed to ask a server to take it to a customer's table and then expect ne to pay for it in the way it was..absolutely a disgrace and abysmal.

Room was clean and comfortable but there was a critical staff shortage, especially in the evening. Always queues at reception and the bar. The food for both evening meals and breakfast was poor quality and grossly overpriced. Overall not good value or recommended.

All rooms in this hotel are only newly refurbished as I stayed there last year . Spotless clean new rooms as I booked a double room I got more than I needed I had a king size double bed and single very spacious room . Check in . Taylor was very pleasant and Peter from Malta who served us in the bar was very friendly and had time for a chat with us . Well done overall and will see you all again next year

Loved the clean room, and large shower/ bathroom. Tea and coffee facilities are a big plus. Room is modern, bed really comfy

The bed is comfortable and it's pretty quiet so easy to get a good night's sleep. When we arrived the air conditioning was on and the window open so not the most environmentally friendly place. There was no Wifi signal in our room. in general it seems a little short of staff with an impact at reception, bar and restaurant. There were no standard coffee sachets in the room or reception and we had to wait quite a while for someone to be available in reception to then locate some. We wanted to take advantage of the 2 for 1 cocktails in the bar and had to ask someone the member of staff in the restaurant for service at the bar. At breakfast quite a few tables hadn't been cleared so it was hard to find somewhere to sit. All staff were friendly and helpful when we found them. Breakfast was plentiful with all the typical options, like with any buffet breakfast the eggs were a bit tough and didn't have runny yolks.
