I booked a room for My Best Friend's wedding. Unfortunately my brother passed away in the hotel refused to cancel or refund any part of the reservation. I even ask them if they needed proof of my brother's passing and they still refused to refund any parts of the 3-day reservation. Even the third party I booked the reservation through would have refunded the reservation. They just needed the approval from the hotel. After working in a hospitality for several years. It's up to the hotel whether or not they refund a guest in circumstances like mine. When traveling out of the country I would recommend paying when you arrive.

Sehr schlechte Erfahrung. Chefin ist eine Frau, die weiß nicht wie mit Kunden umgehen muss und sprechen. Internet hat keine richtige Passwort. Keine in Rezeption. Du muss alles telefonisch mit diese Frau sprechen und leider sie lügt. Ich war vielleicht bis jetzt 200 Hotel. Solche schlechte Erfahrung nie erlebt.
