"Hotel right next to the train station - unfortunately the room is also right next to Hochstrasse. Windows quite well insulated. Wellness area is actually nice. It would have been nice if we had been informed when we checked in and asked about the wellness area that there were no bathrobes in the room, but only at the reception for 4 euros. That would have saved us the trek through the confusing and poorly signposted corridors. The "breakfast traffic light" in front of the breakfast room was also completely unnecessary once you've already set off. We had breakfast on Saturday at 9 a.m. and were greeted by the "traffic light" telling us that it was now full. This note would certainly be more helpful in the room and/or elevator. The constant instructions to “shower before bathing” in the wellness area are also rather annoying without shower gel in the showers. Little things that unfortunately somewhat detract from the actually quite positive overall impression."

"Overall, a very nice stay, with some caveats. The breakfast was really good, the bed comfortable, and the location convenient to my meetings at the University (it was nice to be across from the park as well). A few things that could have been better. 1. I was put in a room without AC (which I did not know was possible). There was a thermostat in the room, but I was told it is not attached to anything. It was hot during my 6 night stay (highs of 30C/ 86F, each day). I had to request (and insist) on being moved to a room with AC. They first said they were sold out, but when I persisted they found me a room with AC. I would have left had that not been arranged. Make sure you insist on a room with AC before you reserve/check in. 2. The mini-fridges in the rooms are not all functioning. I had to request that mine be turned on, which necessitated yet another room change. 3. The WIFI hardly worked at all on the top floor, where my final room was situated. It was easy enough to connect, but then would disconnect every 2 minutes or so. This made doing zoom calls impossible and working online a feat of extreme patience and coping with frustration. Apparently, you can two of the 3: WIFI, fridge, or AC. I sure wanted all 3, but only got two. Oh, and oddly enough, you have to ask the reception desk staff to let you in the modest fitness room, as it remains locked and guests do not have a key. They were nice enough to let me in each time, but it seems like a strange practice. All in all, the staff were really nice and accommodating, within the restraints of the available resources as described above. "

"I booked a non smoking room and got a small room filled with smoke. The first desk clerk said, that there are no smoking rooms anymore, the second desk clerk admitted, that they gave me a smoking room. Afther a long talk, they gave me another room, in a different building with old windows so that I could hear the building side right next to the hotel... + the heating was like a floating river through the room. And all of that for 147 €! The room layout was illegitimate at all and the design was like a time travel in the 80s. Very poor."

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – Absolutely recommendable hotel in Bremen We were on a Christmas visit to Bremen and have discovered the unique hotel rather randomly – a real luck grab! The hotel is located in the tobacco neighborhood, about 25 minutes walking from the city centre. Take a taxi you need about 15 minutes; a super-trip costs about € 15. The location is quiet, modern and pleasant outside the trubble. We were excited at check-in: rarely experienced such a friendly and smooth service. Although a lot of digital work passed, personal contact with the employees:in excellent – was warm, helpful and simply “mega”. Our room was small, but very cozy and absolutely clean. The beds and headbags were comfortable, it was wonderfully quiet, and the shower was also completely enough. All that you needed for a short trip was available. A special highlight is the breakfast concept: This is available in the hall at a bakery directly in the house. You can enjoy a complete breakfast there or just get coffee and a bread – fully as you wish. The generous hotel lobby offers a lot of space to sit relaxed, eat and watch driving. Also here is to highlight the friendliness of the staff. For the small hunger between the middle, a refrigerator is ready for self-control – What you take is simply reported at the reception later. A simple and sympathetic concept. Our conclusion: The Unique Hotel is absolutely recommendable for a short trip to Bremen. Whoever knows the classic big hotel shop and wants to experience something else is positively surprised here. We thank you for the beautiful hours and will definitely come back!"
