Hotellit aamiaisella kohteessa Hai Phòng

Really recommended this hotel for solo or foreigners. This hotel is new and the facilities are very good, they have pool and restaurant too. This is my first experience staying at dorm room and is better than I thought, I have a large, private space and the bed and curtains are clean. Just remind you to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste, or bring your own shampoo because their's same as other hotel, not so good. Anyway, cant not demand too much for a price like that. Next time to Cat Ba I definitely come back here.

Location: this hotel is located on a parallel road from the main road. To access the main road from the hotel, cross the parallel road, turn left and there is a short stair down to the main road. This stair is unlit at night, but still visible. It may not be safe for single women at night. Service: the staff are really amazing. Always willing to help. Laundry service provided by the hotel is good (40k VND/kg). Although the breakfast is the same each day, the meals are delicious. There are tours to Lan Ha bay which the hotel can organise. Room: the interior size of the room with balcony is same as the room without balcony. The room without balcony has windows that open to the stairwell. If you book this room, the air circulation may not be good.

The experience of staying here a month ago was very good, so this time I still prioritized choosing to stay here. Unfortunately, out of the 4-day accommodation, I encountered 2 days of unpleasant experiences. Actually, this hotel's hardware and renovation facilities are top-tier in Hai Phong, which is also the hotel's strength. However, I believe the hotel's core value lies in guests experiencing professional hospitality from service staff (including verbal respect and the ability to recognize whether someone is a guest). The hotel lobby service staff, as frontline personnel, need to work harder to improve. Otherwise, having guests' accommodation experience affected by service staff's inappropriate words and actions is truly counterproductive and wastes such excellent hardware. I hope the hotel can make improvements. This definitely affects guests' choice for their next stay and their recommendations to friends.

Плюсы Хостел семейный, т.к. женщина-владелец живёт там с детьми. Администратор очень дружелюбный и всегда спрашивает, чем она может помочь и что не устраивает. В номере есть душ, кондиционер, маленький холодильник, две двухспальные кровати, фен, два стула, маленький столик, чайник, полка на уровне пояса, за которой можно работать. Интернет отличный в номере. Если стало холодно, то нужно попросить обогреватель, в номере его изначально нет. Уборка в номере по запросу и бесплатная, мы заказывали уборку раз в неделю. Мусор убирают каждый день, если выставить пакет возле двери. Т.к. мы жили 20 дней, то нам полагалась 1.5 литра бесплатной воды в день. Байк в аренду можно взять прямо в хостеле. Единственное, что они с почти пустым баком почти всегда, но на 20 км примерно его хватает и бензин стоит не дорого. Так же на ресепшене всегда лежат печенюшки. Завтрак с 7:30 до 9:30. На выбор несколько вариантов. Завтрак нормальный - не супер, но за такую цену отличный. Рядом с хостелом есть несколько мелких магазинов и разных ресторанов (＜ 5 минут от хостела) с отличной едой, понятной для европейца. Минусы Кондиционер работает только на охлаждение, т.е. если стало холодно, то нужно сразу просить обогреватель. Горячую воду в душе нужно предварительно включать, что не сложно. Но вот горячей воды мне хватало только на то, чтобы помыть голову два раз (я мальчик с короткой стрижкой) и намылиться, стоя под горячим душем. Смывать мыло приходилось уже под холодной водой. Поэтому мы когда мылились, выключали воду, тогда горячей воды хватало. Лучше селиться на 4ом этаже, т.к. тогда вид будет чуть лучше, плюс будет менее шумно. Просто рядом с хостелом находится школа, и школьники начинают кричать примерно с 8 утра, плюс вечером где-то с 19 до 22 в соседнем здании играет не громкая музыка, т.к. там танцуют местные женщины. Так же окна выходят во двор, где ходят петухи, которые могут кукарекать и ночью, плюс во дворе может быть стройка, которая тоже может издавать звуки. Звуки с дороги почти не доносятся до номера. Вид из окна будет не такой классный, как на фото на этом сайте, а примерно такой, как на моем фото Но за эти деньги, на мой взгляд, это отличный хостел

Hotel buffet spread is nice and quite a variety. Bed is comfy and hotel is clean. Hotel downstairs got eatery and brew beer restaurant with food. Overall, i am very satisfy with this hotel. The staff are friendly as well.

Review for View Point Anh Quan Hotel, Cat Ba I recently had the pleasure of staying at the View Point Anh Quan Hotel in Cat Ba, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The hotel is situated in a quiet area, which provided a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring the beautiful surroundings. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the pier and close to Cat Co beach, making it convenient for sightseeing and enjoying the local attractions. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, with stunning views from both my balcony and the rooftop cafe. Waking up to such breathtaking scenery was truly a highlight of my trip. The staff at the hotel were exceptional; they were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable. They helped arrange transportation from Hanoi to Cat Ba and even organized a fantastic day trip to Ha Long Bay for me. Breakfast at the hotel was enjoyable with a variety of options available, including made-to-order eggs that were delicious. The overall atmosphere of the hotel felt welcoming and homely, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend View Point Anh Quan Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Cat Ba!

Periaatteessa kaunis Hotel ja mukava sijainti. 3 rakennusta on liitetty siltoja ja kaikkialla ottamattomia paikkoja. Se voi olla sekava löytää alussa oikea ravintola tai tapahtuma 3 rantoja tai ravintoloita. Palvelu ravintolassa katti 217th kerroksessa on parannettava. Ensimmäistä kertaa istuin ulkona parvekkeella. henkilöstö näki minut, mutta kukaan ei palvellut minua. Toinen päivä menin samaan ravintolaan ensin vastaanottoon ja sanoin haluan tilata. Minä ja toinen tabletti katsoimme ympäri saada palvelua, mutta kukaan ei tullut takaisin 12 minuutin kuluttua lähdin ravintolasta ja oli illallinen kaupungissa. Uima-altaat suljetaan 2 rakennuksessa ja 2 rakennuksessa on vain oluen vettä ja muutaman sitruunamehun saatavilla. Saada kookos oli mennä 17. kerrokselle.

The hotel is located in a fantastic and beautiful place, in a small village surrounded by mountains. It is very quiet and peaceful here. The rooms meet all the basic requirements, the staff is very kind and helpful, and the food is delicious.

Bon hôtel pour le prix. Petit déjeuner moyen mais bon c’est pas cher donc il faut s’y attendre ! Attention, salle de sport inexistante (contrairement à ce qui est écrit).

I needed a place to stay when the ferries closed due to a typhoon and this was a neat spot to find on short notice. The comment I am making is based on the amount of money being paid for Vietnamese standards so the room has everything you need and the bed is comfortable, however I felt the blanket was quite thin. The menu for food was only in Vietnamese. There are snacks and drinks in the room that are cheap, but I was hesitant on the bottled water when I had seen it was opened already and I wondered if it was just refilled instead of being a new bottle? The reception staff were very kind, helpful and lovely to speak with. The breakfast was small in variety and the English Breakfast I got was what I feel a way to save costs by giving ham instead of bacon? Again only due to the price being paid did I expect something of better quality in some regards. However I am grateful for a place to stay when I was stuck. There are restaurants nearby, a very good western bar with good food and lovely local vietnamese seafood spots. It is in walking distance to the beach.
