Loved our stay here it was great and fast to check in and we absolutely loved the space in our room. The cleanliness was phenomenal and I would ABSOLUTELY stay here again. This is my favorite hotel so far! It was so convenient and we had enough space to relax and enjoy some TV and tons of storage space like a hutch AND closet. I'm very picky with certain things and this hotel checked off all my boxers.

When we checked in the receptionist at the front desk was so rude, it was ridiculous. It was obvious that she did not want to be there. I know it was Valentines Day and maybe she didn't receive floweres but no reason to be rude to guest. We checked in and asked if there were any carts and she just pointed to the door. Mark Cluck and his wife were traveling with us and when he checke in she was just as rude to him. On Saturday morning there was no hot water in our room or the Clucks room, and we all took cold showers. I had breakfast and as soon as I finished eating I got sick and was in bed all day. OH BTW one of the elevators was not working in the morning. Sunday morning when we got up and left and there was plenty of hot water and the elevators were working fine and there was Friendly face was behind the desk. Thanks Steve Greenberg

Check in and check out was very quick and smooth. The staff were very kind and friendly. Check in staff even offered me water and the check out staff was very helpful about the shuttle busses to airport. The room was very spacious and clean, with comfortable bed and pillows. I had a good night's sleep and it was a perfectly comfortable stay before my long trip back to Japan. I wish I had more time to explore their restaurants and facilities.

While for the first time ever we stepped into the lobby of the Staybridge we were amazed with how nice and well decorated this hotel was and after checking into our room we never realized that our nightmare would just begin. Our room key would not open any of the ext. doors for outside entry so we asked the clerk what was wrong and she said there was a problem with the door so she would have maintenance check it out and in the meantime she issued us a temp. key card that worked but it expired that evening and no longer worked and once again we got locked out while holding bags of groceries and merchandise from Walmart and we had to walk all the way around the bldg. carrying our stuff to come in thru the front entrance. Then, when I used the DOVE hand and face cream in the bathroom to apply to my body it had a horrible odor of being rancid and had to immediately wash it off. Angry, we decided to leave your hotel and spend the next 3 days at the Best-Western hotel next door, whereas we had no problems, issues or uncomfortable issues. Sadly, this was our very FIRST EVER stay at the Stay bridge Suites and most likely our last!

My daughter and I were traveling for a gymnastics competition. We were pleased with the location's proximity to the Fort Worth Convention Center and dining options. The room and hotel were pretty clean overall. However, these are the weird things that ruined our stay: - The bathroom door knob was missing. I know it sounds weird, but there was no knob--just a big hole in the door where one should be. - The heat in our room did not work. We were cold and had it set to 80, but it only blew cold air. - Upon arrival at breakfast (included with our specific booking) no one acknowledged us or greeted us. We waited for a while and then I tracked down a worker putting out food to ask if we seat ourselves or if someone seats us. She did not reply to me (language barrier), but got someone to tell us we could just seat ourselves. It was confusing and unwelcoming. I witnessed other patrons enter after me and share the same confusion and have to ask as well. A simple greeting, welcome, or explanation could go a LONG way. I am not typically a complainer, so the issues above would've normally been mentioned at checkout for resolution before the next time they put someone in the room. It wasn't worth the hassle of moving to a different room. - (This was the biggie.) We had a family enter our room because they were given keys and assigned OUR room at check in. We had not checked out, and now our keys would no longer work. The family returned to the desk and were assigned a different room. When I asked about this mix up at the desk, they told me they ”didn't know how that had happened” like I was somehow making it up. They reprogrammed our key cards and assured us that no one else would bother us during the remainder of our stay. - They charged me for one night of parking instead of two, and charged me for breakfast although it was included with my booking. These charges were resolved and an apology was extended for the inconveniences of the stay. I would not stay at this hotel again, and will choose differently when traveling there next year. It was a hassle and a disappointment.

Entered hotel and tried to check in. No one arrived to check us in for 10 minutes. After finally getting checked in, went to room. Everything in room was clean and in order. Left and came back several times and was greeted and acknowledged by person at desk each time. One weird thing is that the only clock in the room was on the microwave. There is no alarm clock. Went to the breakfast buffet the next morning. Everything was good and plentiful. Had scrambled eggs, egg and cheese omelets, hard boiled eggs, sausage, ham and egg sandwiches. Also had bread items, muffins, oatmeal, waffles and different juices plus coffee, tea water and hot cocoa packets. Next night was good except for thoughtless people next to us who kept yelling at their crying kids. Fun night! Breakfast next morning was similar to first morning. Also had chocolate chip cookies in the evening by front desk. Check out was fast and easy and had the e-mail my receipt. I have stayed here before and would stay again if I was traveling in the area.

I recently stayed at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Fort Worth Downtown/Convention Center, and it was a really good experience. The location is excellent, right by the Convention Center and very convenient for getting around downtown Fort Worth and Sundance Square. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, making the check-in process smooth. My room was a good size, and because the hotel is fairly new, everything felt very clean and fresh, which was a huge plus. The bed was super comfortable, and I slept well. I also appreciated the complimentary breakfast; it had a nice variety of options, and the waffles were particularly tasty. Overall, the hotel offers good value with amenities like free Wi-Fi and a fitness center. I can see why it gets positive reviews, and I'd certainly recommend it if you're looking for a place to stay in Fort Worth.

The staff was excellent. Our room was beautiful and had a separate seating/work area. Beds were very comfortable. The location was great - easy access to freeways, shopping, six flags…. Loved the atrium. I’d stay again and highly recommend.

So literally everything was just fine with the hotel itself. It was very clean, cosmetic damages here and there, but not so bad that it even made a difference cuz the place was so clean. The front desk staff was awesome and very kind.... But let me tell you about the housekeepers. Smh. So second morning, I wake up cuz I hear them out there, so I gather my towels go out there to try to get new towels she acts like she doesn't understand English and what I'm saying so I just left the towels outside of my door hoping that it would be kind of obvious that, you know, I need fresh towels. Well that never happened. And then in the morning when it was time for me to check out I was running just a little bit late it was about 11:10 a.m. and those housekeepers were incredibly rude and disrespectful, oh and all of a sudden understood English. It was ridiculous. So yes because of the housekeepers I won't ever go back there.
