JJessica12Loved the hotel, modern, clean, friendly staff, speak good English and nice selection of food.
Great drink options by the beach and free ice lolly’s all day! Love the extra of bringing a lunch option down to the beach to save going to the restaurant.
They messed up our room booking on our check in night. Saying they have upgraded us to a family room which is pointless for a couple. We lost the sea view & lounge access that night. Next night we got our room back. Please don’t upgrade your guests unless you can offer them their original booked room still. This wasted time for us.
The valet also reversed our hire car into the wall with damage. They didn’t notify or tell us. It was only pure luck that we noticed it and they took full responsibility. Overall this wasted another evening of sorting this out and saw it to our shock going out for dinner. Very dishonest from the hotel to not notify your guests!
Management managed this issue well. However food and drinks service could be quicker, my expectations from a 5* hotel is higher and unfortunately this isn’t a 5* hotel but great stay for 6nights….minus the issues!

Из минусов - в ванной нет крючков для полотенца, в номере на 4-х одно маленькое зеркало на высоте пояса. Зато хороший фен. Ремонт местами очень не очень. Завтрак нормальный. Английский понимают

TTat_MIt was a perfect stay for 1 week: 1. Very tasty breakfast 2. Gorgeous view from terrace 3. Nice pool to spend time in 4. Very helpful owner, which helped us with everything: laundry, cheaper taxi, transfer... 5. Very comfortable room (superior room) - a lot of space
Only minuses will be: 1. A lot of stairs up and down each time you want to leave hotel 2. Strange cleaning service: first time it was proposed without preparing in the afternoon when we were sleeping. Next time they also asked about cleaning after we came to the room after the sea and wanted to rest. Last day they suddenly lost their keys to the room.... So the drain in the shower wasn't cleaned and was clogged, not so pleasant.
In all other aspects everything was good!
Would recommend and come again!

AAnonyymi käyttäjäHôtel très sympa au centre de Gumbet dans une ruelle plutôt calme, la plage est à 5 min à pieds, et plusieurs commerces et restaurants aux alentours. Les chambres avec vue sur mer sont spacieuses avec beaucoup de rangement et propres avec une belle vue sur la plage. Le gérant et le personnel sont sympa et à l'écoute. Je recommande.

VVieraskäyttäjäI liked our apartment with a little bit of sea view and it was clean. The staff was always very friendly and with the help of the guest relationship manager, everything could be organized. The breakfast was good and the pool areas nice for a swim.

VVieraskäyttäjäLovely break in a lovely hotel. Wasn’t expecting much after only paying £47 for a night but the hotel exceeded expectations. Nice and modern and comfortable rooms! Breakfast lots of choice too. Only downside was having to pay for wifi but no big deal!

Mr Mustafa and Mrs Kenica at reception are very nice and helpful. Bartender Farhad is also very nice.
The food and the staff in the restaurants are very nice and helpful.
