Let’s start with the staff. Tik and all the team are so amazing and we couldn’t have asked for better service Sadly on arrival we were met by building works from the main decking area and a pool that just looked broken. Tiles missing and lacking water in areas. We were informed that due to this being the quiet month (pre school holidays ). That this was the only time to get it done !! We were given a free spa but again however nice the drilling noise and building work could be heard throughout. The management who were present did not seem to acknowledge that this was a problem for us. The view from the bungalow was amazing. However I wouldn’t have booked it if I had known that it sat on a beach that you couldn’t enter. An unswimmable area due to low tide and sea urchins. This was our luxury part to our holiday and sadly apart from the staff it was very disappointing. I would have been informed of the disruptive building work during my stay and the management failed to address this issue and the poor pool maintenance.

A lovely hotel with very friendly and welcoming staff. Its location is great, being very close to the pier, though I personally preferred other areas. The highlights were definitely the beautiful pool and the quiet beach behind the property—both were perfect for relaxation. A couple of things could be improved: the cleanliness of the room wasn't quite up to standard, and there were a lot of mosquitoes. For the price, I felt it was a bit on the high side for what was offered. In a nutshell: Great for the pool and beach, but mind the value and bring mosquito repellent

Long Bay Resort — Koh Phangan, Thailand Long Bay Resort оставил очень цельное и гармоничное впечатление. Здесь чувствуется продуманность пространства и уважение к личному ритму гостей. Реализация мест проживания максимально эргономичная: домики расположены отдельно от проходной части к ресторану, который, к слову, является самостоятельным и не относится напрямую к отелю. Благодаря этому на территории всегда тихо и спокойно — без лишнего движения и шума. С первых дней нас не покидало ощущение присутствия в саду. Зелень, тропические растения, мягкие дорожки и воздух создают чувство уединения и природной заботы. Каждое утро начиналось с практик йоги, и именно здесь рассветы казались особенно романтичными — солнце поднималось медленно, мягко окрашивая пространство, а тело и дыхание входили в день естественно и спокойно. На территории отеля есть бассейн с глубиной, в котором действительно можно поплавать, а также небольшой спортивный комплекс (он расположен в самом дальнем углу территории, но это даже добавляет ощущение уединённости для тренировок). Мы проживали в отдельном домике — просторном, удобном, с хорошей планировкой. Площадь позволяет чувствовать свободу, а все элементы пространства функциональны и логично расположены. Здесь легко расслабиться и просто быть. Персонал отеля — отзывчивый и внимательный. Любые возникающие вопросы решались сразу, спокойно и с искренним желанием помочь. Отдельного внимания заслуживают завтраки. Завтраки с видом на море, на прекрасно обустроенной территории, у нас растягивались почти на три часа — и это лучшее подтверждение атмосферы места. Очень вкусно, продуманная подача, «тарелка» собрана грамотно и с чувством баланса. Можно позавтракать, затем искупаться, вернуться, снова выпить кофе… В целом зона завтрака буквально располагает к неспешности, размеренности и настоящему чиллу. Итог: Long Bay Resort — это не просто отель, а пространство для замедления, восстановления и проживания момента. Место, где сад, море, тело и дыхание соединяются в одно целое. Благодарность отелю: Спасибо Long Bay Resort за атмосферу, заботу, тишину и возможность прожить эти дни красиво, спокойно и осознанно. За рассветы, за вкусные утра и за чувство, что здесь действительно рады гостям. 🙏🌿

Valittu huone ei ollut kaukana saaren halvimmista. Saapuessaan hotelliin oli selvää, että vastaanotolla oli vakavia ongelmia prosessien organisoinnissa. Joukko ihmisiä odottamassa sisään- tai uloskirjautumista. Jossain on pieniä tyytymättömien vierailijoiden ristiriitoja, jossain vaaditaan numeron vaihtamista, kaikkialla on turhamaisuutta. Oli hyvin outoa nähdä tämä. Sisäänkirjautumisen yhteydessä kävi ilmi, että huoneessa ei ollut tossuja ja kylpytakkeja (absoluuttinen pikku juttu, mutta ne lisäävät mukavuutta ja mukavuutta, ja ne olisi pitänyt sisällyttää varaustietoihin). Lisäksi huoneessa oli aikaisempien vieraiden koreissa roskia, eikä huoneessa ollut pyyhkeitä. Otimme yhteyttä työntekijään, joka siivosi vieressämme olevaa huonetta. Hän poisti roskat ja toi pyyhkeet, mutta ei tuonut tossut tai kylpytakit. 20 minuutin kuluttua he pyysivät uudelleen tuomaan kadonneet tavarat, mutta työntekijä totesi jo luottavaisesti, että tässä huoneessa ei ollut tossuja (mikä on erittäin outoa, koska ne ovat myös huoneen kuvauksessa ja maksavat muutaman sentin, ja huone, toistan, ei ollut halvin). Useiden pyyntöjen jälkeen he lopulta luovuttivat kylpytakit ja tossut, vaikka se vaati sinnikkyyttä, ja he tuhlasivat aikaa pieneen asiaan. Huoneen tallelokero on erittäin pieni, ja sen sivut puristavat lisäksi kassakaappiin sijoitettua. Tietysti yritämme luottaa hotelleihin, mutta yritämme sijoittaa kassakaappiin pientä optiikkaa ja laitteita useiden tuhansien dollareiden arvosta. Tässä hotellissa kassakaappi ei sisällä edes pientä olkalaukkua asiakirjoille, tai pikemminkin kuuluu, mutta kassakaapin ovi puristaa laukkua. Hotellissa oli paljon vieraita, koska... Oli uudenvuoden loma, ja henkilökuntaa ei selvästikään ollut tarpeeksi. Tämä näkyi kaikessa. Lähetimme vaatteet pestäväksi. Ne piti toimittaa seuraavana päivänä. Mutta niin ei käynyt. Toisena päivänä kysyimme missä puhtaat tavaramme ovat, mutta he sanoivat, että ne eivät olleet vielä valmiita. 2 tunnin kuluttua meille ilmoitettiin, että tavarat olivat vielä valmiina ja olivat olleet eilen vastaanotossa. Mutta tästä ei raportoitu mitään, eikä sitä tuotu huoneeseen. Kuuluvuus huoneissa on katastrofaalinen. Parvekkeen vanhojen puisten ovien takia kuulin nukkuessani kaiken mitä baarin ikkunan alla tapahtui, ja kello kolmen jälkeen aamulla yölintujen äänet kuuluivat täydellisesti. Olisi mukava lisätä tarjoilijan kutsupainike uima-altaalle. Henkilökunta ei edes pääse toiseen uima-altaaseen ja sen alle. Allasbaarin baarimikko oli selvästi huonovointinen, puhalsi nenänsä vieraiden edessä, pyyhki nenäänsä kädellä, aivasteli ja valmisti sitten cocktaileja pesemättä käsiään. Huoneen ilmastointilaite roikkuu suoraan sängyn yläpuolella. Ilmavirta menee suoraan nukkuvaan henkilöön. Kun otetaan huomioon huoneen ei kovin suuri tilavuus, on helppo vilustua ilmastointilaitteen ollessa päällä, mutta ilman sitä on erittäin tukkoista. Joistakin puutteista huolimatta yöpyminen hotellissa jätti silti miellyttävän vaikutelman. Suuri ja kaunis uima-allas. Siellä on kuntosali. Siivotaan joka päivä. Suuri hyvin hoidettu alue. Koh Phanganin saarelle (tai pikemminkin Haadrinille) hotelli on ehdottomasti yksi parhaista, mutta valitettavasti siinä oli paljon vivahteita. 5 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Haad Rinistä ja Full Moon Partysta. Jos aiot osallistua näihin juhliin, hotelli on erittäin kätevä, mutta... kirjaimellisesti 50 metrin päässä on erinomainen vaihtoehto vertailukelpoiseen hintaan, jossa palvelun taso oli huomattavasti korkeampi.

We were vacationing with friends in this beautiful hotel, the bungalow had a view of the pool and the sea, excellent buffet-style breakfasts, a gorgeous view, a beautiful and clean room, with the possibility to climb to the roof, I would be in the place of the owners, I would put a table and chairs there, or even deck chairs with an umbrella, from the roof there was a gorgeous view of the beach and mountains ) the hosts really liked the hotel, they were ready to help everyone, even ordered a transfer To the Pier at an affordable price) I will definitely recommend the hotel to my friends and anyone who reads the review)

It's a nice and relaxing beach, to get away and wind off a bit. The room was super clean and new, and was quite nice with a balcony. There are very few plugs in the room, and the bedside plug was obstructed by the mattress and the bed, so it was unusable. There's a pool but it had a lot of sand from the kids running in and out of the beach and jumping directly into the pool... The beach, facing sunrise, is perfect and one of the nicest ones on the island, along with the larger one on the other bay next door. The SUPs and kayaks were old and broken. It had a very nice breakfast, which was included. Service was good, but I was upset that they claimed the hotel was going to be fully booked and couldn't offer a late checkout, although there were plenty of rooms available on trip.com to book, and when later that day I said that, they changed the story and said my room was already booked for the next day.

We had a beach front villa, the villa was lovely, felt like home from the moment we walked in, lots of space and a kitchen area, and a washing machine which was lovely to get some washing done before we continued travelling. Right on the beach, which was so peaceful. Unfortunately our villa didn’t have sun lounger in the sun like the others on the beach, when I asked if I could move one from the pool area, if was a very brutal blunt no, which really effected our stay, as we had nowhere to bask in the sun. If you are looking for a 4/5 star then this is not the place for you. The accommodation and location is ideal, but no service provided at all, no cleaning of the room, you had to ask for fresh towels and toilet roll, and the bins were never emptied. We felt like we were not very welcome, even at breakfast it felt like they didn’t really want you there. A smile, quick chat, and a bit of service goes a long long way. 100% only a 3 star if not 2 star because of the lack of service, more like a lovely beachfront self catering glamping pod. It’s a 3.5 km walk to the main town, which is buzzing, but there are pubs and restaurants along the whole road, to stop in for refreshments. Very relaxing place, apart from the staff bickering and arguing.

The place has great views with great service & very clean. The problem is its positioning & lack of trees. On the side of a hill it faces the hot sun all day & with no tree protection is melting every afternoon. The pool was green & murky when I stayed.

Our 3rd stay at the Sunrise Resort ,the staff are extreamley friendly and helpful and the beach front villas are amazing, walk down 2 steps and you are on the beach.

Only stayed here one night as I was booked the following days at a yoga retreat. It got the job done and is within walking distance of a really nice vegan restaurant.
