I recently had the pleasure of staying at Nacpan Beach Villa, and it was an unforgettable experience. The room was well-equipped with everything I needed, from comfortable bedding to modern amenities, making my stay extremely convenient and enjoyable. The cleanliness and attention to detail were impeccable, ensuring a very comfortable stay. Upon my arrival, the staff greeted me warmly and were incredibly helpful throughout my visit. They provided excellent service, answering all my questions and offering great recommendations for local activities and dining options. Their friendliness and willingness to assist made me feel truly welcome. The view from the villa is breathtaking. Waking up to the sight of the pristine beach and the sound of the waves was a dream come true. The natural beauty of Nacpan Beach is unparalleled, and the villa's location allows you to fully immerse yourself in this stunning environment. Whether it was a sunrise stroll along the shore or a sunset view from my room, every moment was picture-perfect. One of the most memorable experiences was gazing at the starry sky at night. The clear skies and lack of light pollution make it a perfect spot for stargazing. It was magical to see the stars so vividly, adding a special touch to my stay.

Pros: Our stay at Piece Lio was decent overall. The aesthetics matched the pictures online, and the studio was spacious with a lovely balcony view overlooking the rainforest. I really appreciated the Dyson hairdryer in the room, which made things much easier with long hair. The staff were friendly, polite, and kind, thank you guys! Cons: There were some small issues in the room, such as paint patches peeling off and small holes near the window shutters, which need attention, especially for a fairly new hotel. The biggest disappointment was discovering that there is no gym or spa, even though both are listed in the hotel’s description. This may not be a big deal for everyone, but it was for us since we had planned our trip around maintaining our fitness and relaxation routine. Instead, guests are given access to facilities within the same hospitality group. The gym and spa are located offsite, about 15 minutes away in town. While the hotel provides free shuttle service to and from that location, the drive feels much longer than expected due to island roads. The gym is small with basic equipment, and the spa, called Rituals Health and Spa, felt old and in need of renovation. Breakfast was average and not really to our liking. It was also inconvenient because most restaurants at Lio Beach do not open until around 10 a.m., leaving limited early morning options. We ended up eating at another nearby hotel restaurant, Molave, which was the only one open at that time. One of the staff members incorrectly told us there were other options available earlier, which suggests a need for better training and communication. Another issue was with a pre-booked van ride to one of the beaches. We had confirmed it via WhatsApp, but when we went downstairs, the staff had no record of it. To their credit, they handled the situation professionally and offered us a free one-way ride to make up for the inconvenience. Overall: The staff were warm and helpful, but management needs to improve communication, training, and most importantly, the accuracy of the facilities listed online. It feels misleading to advertise a gym and spa that are not actually part of the hotel. The lack of an in-house restaurant was also inconvenient, especially when you want a quick meal without leaving the property. If the hotel eventually adds its own spa and gym, it would be a much better experience. We did recommend it to friends for a short stay before their flight, but I would not suggest booking it if your priority is having fitness and spa facilities in one place. Overall, would return it they added the facilities! P.S. there’s cats! I’m not a cats person so it was a little uncomfortable to have them downstairs in the lobby area .

My stay at El Nido Resorts Lagen Island was nothing short of extraordinary. The staff's warmth and genuine hospitality were exceptional; they always wore smiles and went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. From assisting with ferry bookings to surprising me on my birthday with a beautifully decorated bed and a delightful cake, their thoughtfulness was truly heartwarming. Special thanks to Carell, Jojo, Harnie, John, and Arvin for their outstanding support. The resort's happy vibe upon arrival sets the tone, and you leave with a smile, longing for more. The complimentary tours, seamlessly integrated into the package, were made exceptional by the supportive guides, creating a private and well-timed experience. Opting for the overwater bungalow was a unique and enchanting experience, adding to the paradise that is El Nido Lagen Island. The buffet-style meals offered three times a day were a culinary delight. I wholeheartedly recommend El Nido Resorts Lagen Island for an unforgettable and highly recommended getaway. Herkullista ruokaa! Meillä on ollut joitakin valituksia, ja minun on selitettävä tässä, että mieheni on vanha saksalainen, ja huomasin, että saksalaiset ovat paljon kriittisempiä kuin ranskalaiset, mutta henkilökunta, yleisestä henkilökunnasta joka päivä päivystävään johtajaan, otti ”valituksemme” erittäin vakavasti, ja arvokkainta on, että jokainen heistä todella yritti auttaa meitä ratkaisemaan ”ongelmiamme”. ”Hätä”. Minun on ihailtava täällä olevaa palvelua! Se on todella parempaa kuin monet 5 tähden hotellit! Upea ilotulitus rannalla ja lomakeskuksessa oli supervalmisteiset juhlat kaikille vieraille yhdessä! Kädet tähän paikkaan. Huone oli mukava, henkilöstö oli hyvin ystävällinen ja majoitus. He yleensä huolestuttaa ja antaa sinun tuntea vieraanvaraisuutta. Heillä on myös ilmainen aamiainen joka aamu ja kaikki on tuoretta. The room has fresh lingers, cold AC, hot and cold showers. The only cons during our visit is that there's no wifi due to aftermath of a recent typhon but overall this is 10/10 hostel. I'll stay with them once I go back soon

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable, with plenty of space to relax. Everything felt well maintained and thoughtfully arranged. The highlight of the property is definitely the pool and the customer service . The infinity pool overlooking the water and surrounding landscape was absolutely stunning — a perfect place to relax and enjoy the scenery. It truly felt like a luxury experience. The location was also very convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and other attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The food was very good, with a great selection and quality, and the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. Their hospitality made the experience even better. Overall, a fantastic stay with beautiful views, great amenities, and excellent service. I would happily return!

Everything went well from the check-in till we left the place. The staff were friendly and helpful, and generally accommodating. The location was perfect for this trip because it was partly work as well which required to go to Kalye Artisano. The hotels sustainability efforts were evident and commendable, although I would've appreciated bigger trash bins inside the room. Breakfast food was ok, variety not so good, enough to fill stomach before you head off to your day's activity. The pool was nice, and the celebrity room was aesthetically pleasing, smelled good, and very comfortable and relaxing, The other rooms we had was equally relaxing and exceptionally clean. The water dispensers were placed strategically, and cable channels available, although the wifi on the 2nd floor where the suite is was frustratingly weak. Having said all those, I would stay again when in El Nido, and would recommend to friends and family.

I was honestly a bit disappointed with this resort. When you see the word “resort” and pay resort prices, you expect a certain standard. Unfortunately, it didn’t quite live up to that. The bed only had a thin sheet with no proper bedding, there was no water provided in the room, and parts of the property felt quite run down with visible rust. The bathroom, especially the shower area, could really use a deep clean. Breakfast was okay, nothing special. There were four different WiFi networks, but none of them worked properly and the connection was very slow. The staff did warn me about this in advance. That being said, the staff were absolutely amazing. Reception went above and beyond by helping with my large bags, doing my laundry, organizing tours and transport, and assisting with everything I needed. Truly a chef’s kiss to the team. They were the highlight of my stay. With some upgrades and better maintenance, this place could match the price they’re charging. Right now, it’s the staff that make the experience worthwhile.

Our stay at this hotel was amazing! After a long journey, we were picked up at the airport by a driver who already had our names, making the arrival process smooth and easy. We arrived very early, but the staff was very accommodating and allowed us to use the on-site facilities while we waited for check-in. Taking a dip in the pool after a long travel day was the perfect way to relax. The breakfast was good, and the staff also helped us arrange a scooter rental, which was very convenient. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. A well-deserved 5/5!
