The service is excellent— they even picked us up right when we got out of the taxi and helped carry our luggage. We were lucky to get an upgrade to a spacious and lovely room, and the heated bed was very useful during the winter season. When we had to leave early in the morning, they even prepared breakfast for us to take away. We were so happy staying here!"

"Excellent riad. Very authentic and atmospheric. The main advantage is a quiet courtyard with a garden and a pond. There are also restaurant tables where you can eat in peace and quiet. Convenient access to all attractions. For those traveling by car, you can find a place not far from the riad by specifying Airbnb parking in the navigator."

"Our first stop in Morocco and it was roof perfect- great location in the Medina, clean, great breakfast at the terrace as described and even provide cold filtered water! Our driver did not drop us off at the right location but Emmad sent someone to help us with our luggage up the stairs. Be sure to contact the riad for directions to avoid climbing the stairs! Communication was easy. Emmad also helped and recommended great drivers and guide for our next leg to Fez and Merzouga- it was extremely helpful especially as we did not have a lot of time and one of us is pregnant. Highly recommended!"

"dans l'ensemble notre séjour à l'hôtel était satifaisant toutefois nous avons déploré l'absence, en tous cas durant les 4 jours de notre séjour, d'un responsable qui fait une inspection des installations. Cela se voit, se retrouve dans certains détails dans la propreté, meubles: non vernis depuis longtemps, peinture qui s'écaille sur les ferronneries, soins apportés au ménage c'est dommage car ces petits défauts pourraient facilement être corrigés ! l'hôtel et le personnelen valent la peine"

"Бронировали hotel casa miguel , приехали туда, но нас отправили в другой отель Anexo, шли туда с сумками минут 15, номер был другой, не тот что на фотографии, в нем сильно пахло сыростью, но эта проблема во всех отелях которые находятся в риадах и ещё было холодно, хотя кондиционер работал всю ночь, но он не согревал номер, больше в таких отелях я останавливаться не буду, но девушки которые там работают были очень приветливые и вежливые Карима и Амина кажется, они пытались все сгладить! Завтрак был самый обычный на террасе. Я считаю цена и качество не соответствует!"

La vue depuis la chambre est tout simplement incroyable : un panorama dont on ne se lasse pas, entre ville et montagne. Un vrai plaisir à admirer à toute heure de la journée!! Mention spéciale pour l’engagement écoresponsable de l’établissement : le personnel est en grande partie recruté localement, et les produits proposés au petit-déjeuner et à la carte sont frais, de saison et issus de producteurs locaux. Nous avons été accompagnés par un enfant du quartier jusqu’à l’entrée de l’établissement et notre premier interlocuteur Rachid nous a accueillit chaleureusement avec des douceurs et un verre de thé.. cet élan de générosité s’est prolongé tout le long de nos balades qui ont été guidée par les habitants. Une belle manière de voyager de façon plus consciente, sans rien sacrifier au confort. L’accueil est chaleureux, le design est soigné, et tout est impeccable. Une adresse pleine de sens et de charme, que je recommande vivement !"
