Hotellit aamiaisella kohteessa Miyakojima

部屋からのロケーションもよく、掃除も行き届いており気持ちよく過ごせました。 4人での利用でしたが、エキストラベッド追加、大きいソファもあり寝るには困りませんでしたが、4人ゆえ、タオル類が嵩張り置き場所に困りました。ガラス張りなのでゴチャって見えるので籠などあるといいと思いました。 キッチン用品もあり、ちょっとした料理は可能です。割り箸はありますが、スプーンやフォークを使いたい場面があったので無かったので少し困りました。お部屋の雰囲気もいいので、割り箸だけではなくカトラリーも揃えていただくといいかと思いました。 スタッフが笑顔で丁寧きかに対応してしおり印象がよかったです。帰る際にも車の誘導までしてくれ、笑顔で見送ってくれました！！ いろいろコメントしましたが、あったらいいな、と思うほどで、全体的に気持ちよく過ごせました。 素敵なお部屋なので、次回はお部屋でゆっくり過ごしたいと思います。 ありがとうございました。

Todennäköisesti yksi parhaista hotelleista tällä saarella, koska saari itse on melko yksinkertainen ja puhtaa. Vaikka se on lähellä 5 min taksimatka Shimojishima lentoasemalta, se maksaa 900-1000 jen. Jos et aje, voit pyytää hotellilta varata taksit sinulle etukäteen. Näkymä huoneesta oli hyvä, voit nähdä 17End etäisyydessä, mitään estää näkymä merta ja kaikki sen kunnia, pohjimmiltaan kaikki huoneet ovat sama näkymä, koska se on “yksipuolinen” hotelli.Aamiainen ei ollut mahtava, mutta se teki työtä. Vapaa kahvia on yleensä koko päivän.

チェックアウトしたくなくなるほどの素敵なホテルでした。お部屋も広く、ジャグジーがあり、子供も楽しんでいました。 朝食ではたくさんの料理が並び、朝から贅沢に海老や帆立をいただきました。 ウミガメも見ることができ、子供も大喜びでした！ ただし、到着時にチェックイン時間をすぎたのにお部屋に案内されず、ロビーで待たされました。こちらからスタッフに「お部屋はまだですか？」と確認したら、ようやく案内されました。お部屋に着いても荷物が運ばれていませんでした。 到着時は少し残念でしたが、それ以外は満足の滞在でした。

Great view, nice room. Enjoyed both lounges. We stayed for 7 nights, so we got a bit bored of the same food in buffet for breakfast and dinner, although we had no complaints for taste and quality. Overall good experience. We got some complementary service in our room (such as fruits and cakes) which was very nice.

The hotel is in a good location to explore several regions of the island. Coffee is great and the breakfast options were worth it. The room is spacious and very quiet. The team was friendly and did everything they could to make us feel comfortable. The car we rented broke and they even helped us get the car working again. Thank you so much for your hospitality, we will be back! ありがとうございます :)

酒店位置非常私密，環境服務也很熱情，畢竟是瑰麗嘛，但是酒店設施還不是很完善，有種剛開業的手忙腳亂感覺，酒店的管家服務也沒與微信連通，需要服務還是要電話溝通，不過值得表揚的是，會有説中文的服務員接聽電話，應該是由中國客人就會有安排中文服務值班吧。餐廳方面日本餐廳出品很不錯，但也會有魚生片裏魚骨沒拔乾淨的情況，主廚解析是徒弟沒做好準備。總的來説放空幾天待在酒店挺好的，但與價格不對標。

I really liked the hotel and the staff. Big minus - there are no umbrellas on the beach and there are no sun loungers by the pool. The beach rest itself is poorly organized. The breakfasts are very tasty. Everything is great in the room.

ダイビングで利用しました。洗濯機は助かりましたが、ベランダに干せる設備があったら良かったと思います。

This hotel is conveniently located near the main strip in downtown. There are lots of restaurants, bars and ports. The staff are incredibly friendly and polite. And if you visit beaches, it goes without saying just how convenient it is to have a laundry machine in your room. You can even enjoy an onsen on the top floor. But in my opinion it's better in the winter.

Contrary to my expectations from the photos, the hotel turned out to be a disappointment. First of all, the information on Trip.com does not match reality. The site stated check-in from 2:00 and check-out until 11:00. In fact, check-in is from 3:00 and check-out is by 10:00. The staff gave no explanation for this discrepancy. Secondly, the site confirmed a room in the new building. However, I was placed in the old building, which, judging by the exterior, looks like it was built in the 19th century. The room matched the condition of the building. All the furniture was very old and worn out, some even with mold. The view and access from the window was onto a shared balcony, which meant that to maintain privacy I had to keep the curtains closed at all times. The noise isolation was terrible — neighbors were loud from 7 AM to 11 PM, making it impossible to sleep. Speaking of the beds, the mattress was extremely hard and the pillows were stiff and uncomfortable. As for breakfast: not only was it limited to 7–9 AM, but the website had advertised a buffet with both European and Japanese options. Upon arrival, it turned out that there were no European options at all, only a fixed Japanese set meal. The only good thing was that at least coffee was available. The hotel has no beach, despite being close to the sea. There is only access to a rocky embankment, where swimming is unsafe. I used the coin laundry service, paying 300 yen just for my clothes to be rinsed in water. There was no detergent provided, nor was it sold at the hotel — I had to go out and buy it separately. The dryer only partially dried the clothes, so I had to finish drying them in the room. If you plan to come by car, keep in mind that there is no lighting in the surrounding area, so driving in such darkness doesn’t feel very safe. Overall, if you are looking for a proper rest and relaxation, I cannot recommend this hotel at all.
