"Beautiful onsen hotel with Miyajima islands view. Shuttle bus service from and to train station is very convenient.Breakfast and dinner are very amazing and delicious. I forgot smart watch and chargers in the room,The hotel promptly sent to me when I contacted the hotel only smart watch no chargers but no problem. No room cleaning while staying 2 nights just towels hanging in front of the door. I wish the onsen pond was bigger than nowadays because of too much customers in the onsen pond. I will come back again to the hotel for sure."

"家族旅行で宮島へ行き、初めて利用させていただきました。 厳島神社からほど近く、メイン通りとなる賑やかな商店街のすぐそばの海沿いに建つ、歴史ある古き良き旅館を現代向けに改装した感じで、施設全体~お部屋の設備は統一感があって綺麗に整えられつつ、所々に昔ながらの歴史を感じることのできる大変素敵な旅館でした。 宿泊者限定の無料サービスが館内に数多く提供されています。館内には景観を楽しめるフリードリンク有のラウンジがロビーや最上階に設置されていたり、好みによって複数の枕、浴衣を選択できるサービスも整えられています。室内にも飲物や菓子等を豊富に揃えてあるので、細かい飲料などの出費を気にせずに済みました。 この旅館は、宿泊者の希望に対し可能な限り柔軟かつ快く応えて下さいます。 例えば今回私達の場合、家族に足の悪い者がいることを事前に伝えたところ和室にベッドを設置して下さったり、提供される基本のお料理を各人の好みで変更して頂けたり、どうしたら良いか迷った際も即座に臨機応変な対応・提案をして頂けるので、大変心地良く過ごす事ができました。 温泉は地下にあり、大浴槽１か所だけの昔ながらの雰囲気で、そんなに広さはありませんし、地下にあるため景観も良いとは言えません。今時の工夫された温泉場と比較すると物足りなく感じるかも知れませんが、昔ながらの雰囲気ながら清潔に整えられており温度も４０度前後なので、長風呂しつつ「古き良き」をじっくり楽しむ所と感じました。 湯質はほんのり塩味のあるサラサラした感触で、源泉を汲み上げ沸かして提供していると記載がありました。肌が弱い家族にも沁みたり乾燥したりせず、快適に入浴出来ました。 露天風呂や貸切風呂は残念ながらありませんが、お部屋によっては一部お部屋つき露天風呂があるそうなので、好みによって選択出来るかと思います。 ここで特筆すべきはお料理の素晴らしさです。 こういった大きな旅館での大支度にありがちな、コースや料金によってお食事の量に差があったり足りなかったり、サイトにある画像と見た目の印象や質が大きく違ったり、旅館料理によくある提供時に冷めてしまった料理などの失敗感など全くないどころか、むしろそれ以上、感動レベルの素晴らしいお料理を提供していただけました。 今回私達はお部屋食で、本来なら雅膳が基本セットとのことでしたが、サイト上に案内のある４種類の季節のコース料理（雅膳、美味魚編、美味肉編、美味饗宴）を事前予約の段階でリクエストして家族でそれぞれ全ていただきました。どのコースも全くハズレがなく、土地ならではの豊富な食材をとても丁寧に仕込まれていてどれも大変美味しく、別注でお願いした単品料理も素早く準備して下さり、最後にはお腹いっぱいで食べ切れなかった釜飯をお夜食用にとおにぎりにして下さったりと、何もかもにおいて至れり尽くせり、最高を超える至高のひと時を提供していただけました。更に翌朝いただいたお食事会場での朝食も大変品数が多くて驚くほど豪華で、それでいて量は少しずつ適切で、とても満足度の高い内容でした。 なお味付けは、新鮮な素材の良さを最大限生かした優しい風味を守りつつも薄味過ぎずで、うまみ調味料など人工的な味覚操作に頼らない、自然かつ健康的で絶妙な味調整と適切な温度で提供され、美味しくてとても感動しました。十代の若者でも物足りなさなど全く感じず最後まで美味しく戴けましたし、高齢者にも温度、味付け、食材の大きさや硬さなども全く問題ありませんでした。なお私は糖尿病Ⅱ型で普段から血糖値を気にしているのですが、これだけしっかり色々食べても血糖値の上昇が穏やかで普段の外食時のように高騰せず、後々体調が辛くならなかったので非常に驚いています。味の感じ方については個人差があるとは思いますが、参考になりましたら幸いです。"

"It's my first time staying in ryokan with onsen and it was amazing since check in procedure full of warm relation and complete introduction to local habits till my first onsen visit. Something special is dinner in traditional Japanese way and sleeping on futons. Onsen with different baths and types of water is perfect after hard travel day and went us into the sleep in a seconds Very small and remarkable city around the hotel easy to walk around and keep a lot of nice photos to remember Super convinient location in 5 min to railroad station to Kobe and 30 min total to Shin-Kobe station. Staff support us even when we need to send luggage to the next hotel in Kyoto. Wish to visit it again"

"The location of the hotel is near to Miyajima island, just need to take a ferry at the ferry terminal beside the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. She gave good advises on which transport to take to the places of attraction. There are also good eating places or restaurants near the hotel. We have a good stay. Will recommend friends who want to visit Hiroshima and Miyajima island. 😄"

"ナイトクルーズがなんと言っても良かったです。 ライトアップされた厳島神社の大鳥居も近くで見れましたし、夜空の星を見るだけでもなんだか癒されリフレッシュしました。お部屋も和室で広々。オーシャンビューで夕焼けも朝焼けも綺麗でした。 小さいですが鳥居も見えました。 食事も私たち夫婦にはちょうど良い感じでした。 薄味で重い揚げ物とかないのが逆に良かったです。"

"Het hotel ligt tegenover de ferrydock. Het hotel is mooi en onze kamer was ruim met mooie badkamer. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was goed en uitgebreid. Vanuit het hotel liggen de toeristische punten op loopafstand."

"酒店設施齊全，地下有咖啡機、冰條免費，但要記住每人只可拿一支啊！有微波爐、洗衣間，房間超大，房內有溫泉，10樓有空中花園及休息室，早餐款式不多但好吃，服務員很有禮貌！每人每晚住宿稅150円"

"The hosts at this Ryoken are so welcoming, friendly and helpful! They picked us up from the ferry terminal when we arrived and dropped us back there on departure. This was crucial as we would have otherwise struggled with our suitcases up the hills and through the labyrinth of small streets! The location is a little bit away from the central area, but that is what we wanted. It was so peaceful at night, the deer wandered past our the front as we relaxed in the open air footpath. The food was nothing short of excellent. They specialise in seafood dishes so if you have an allergy it would be important to let the hosts know before you arrive. The rooms were simply and elegantly appointed: we had everything we needed. The onsen onsite was fantastic! After a long day of walking we felt very relaxed afterwards. Thank you so much to the hosts for making our stay on Miyajima unforgettable!"
