We were there in hyatt for one night . Were very happy with everything about it . The dining experience was excellent .shekhar, jhumki and all others were pleasant and happy to help us . Food was also good .

Great care towards the guests and extremely humble. The reception was informative and cooperative, mainly Ms. Amruta, she will make sure you have a great experience and make rooms available in time.

The room was clean and comfortable but I had few unpleasant experiences at this hotel. Firstly, there was a group party playing loud music on the same floor that I was staying and woke me up around 2AM. Also on the day of checkout, the computer system was down and they had me wait ~30 minutes to verify if I had taken breakfasts or dinner at the hotel restaurant. I told them my reservation included breakfasts and I had one dinner buffet and can pay cash for it. For some reasons they insisted on waiting for the system to come back but it was getting late for my flight. They can careless and was going through all guests paper receipts to no avail. Finally they want to charge me for 3 dinners but I said I only stayed for two nights & was ridiculous to charge me for 3 dinners. I got fed up and walked towards the uber driver that was waiting for me. One guy chased me down and told me to wait for their manager to show up. Long story short, I had never experienced anything like this, it was ridiculous to say the least.

Hey, so the Orchid hotel on the Mumbai-Bangalore highway is in a good spot, but it's not a five-star hotel by any means. It's a big place, but I'd say it's more like a three-star. Nothing to really complain about, but they could definitely do a better job with the landscaping and cleaning.

We lived at Meritas Adore Resort in Lonavala for 3 nights and I would like to take a moment to really appreciate the entire the staff. They were all extremely respectful, humble, and responsive. Mr Shivam during check-in was welcoming and very accommodating. Baba rao in the restaurant was always on his feet during breakfast hours and whenevr we saw him throughout the day. Rahul and Sritham were very hospitable and kind and always served us with utmost warmth. The housekeeping girls always had a smile on their face and were available promptly. The property is small (which honestly we loved) and super squeaky clean and well maintained. Given the current situation in our country, the biggest thing i saw in the staff was how they gave equal treatment and respect to every guest despite their culture, language or dress. I am super happy we chose this place to spend a few days. I am surely going back again, if they maintain these good standards.

With its convenient location, comfortable accommodations, and well-appointed facilities, the hotel provided a productive and enjoyable stay for business travelers. The check-in process was efficient and hassle-free, allowing me to settle into my room quickly. The room itself was spacious and thoughtfully designed, with a dedicated workspace that included a comfortable desk and ergonomic chair. The hotel's Wi-Fi connectivity was reliable and high-speed, which was crucial for conducting virtual meetings, accessing important documents, and staying connected with colleagues and clients. I encountered no issues with connectivity throughout my stay, ensuring seamless communication and efficient workflow.
