Fabulous setting up on a hill about a 20 min walk down  to the town(definitely get a rickshaw back).  Didn’t realise we could order eggs  for breakfast until our second morning (not offered them  on the first morning). Cake at breakfast was yummy. Bathroom hadn’t been cleaned  on arrival  and there were splatters marks on the wall  above the tea/coffee area. We also returned to our room late afternoon to find maintenance working on our balcony - did feel this could have been done after checkout! Fabulous shower. We ate in the restaurant one night and the food was very good. The high taxes in Tamil Nadu added to the price (almost 25%) so bear this in mind . Cocktails weee excellent. We did the morning ’hike’  which was well worth getting up for.  We were brought a hot water bottle on our second night which was a lovely surprise.  Tea & biscuits served between 5 & 5.30pm which was a nice touch  although more of the breakfast cake would have been good. Would recommend staying here as rooms, location  & restaurant are excellent.

Minulla oli hämmästyttävä kokemus Bella Vista Resort! Se on yksi viihtyisä ja mukavin lomakohteita olen koskaan oleskelenut. Ilmapiiri on rauhallinen, huoneet ovat hyvin ylläpidetty, ja yleinen ilmapiiri on täydellinen rentoutumiseen. Tämä lomapaikka todella erottaa vieraanvaraisuudesta. Omistaja, johtaja ja huolehtijat olivat uskomattoman lämmin, tervetullut ja huolellinen. Hyvä ja apukas luonne teki meidän oleskelu vielä miellyttävämpää. Kaunis ympäristöstä erinomaiseen palveluun, kaikki Bella Vista Resort oli täydellinen. Suosittelen sitä suuresti kaikille, jotka etsivät rentouttavaa tietä! En voi odottaa vierailla uudelleen!

I stayed at Mango Hill Central Ooty with my wife for 2 nights and 3 days, and we had a really wonderful experience. The hotel is in a very convenient central location, making it easy to travel around Ooty and visit nearby attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was very pleasant. The staff were polite, helpful, and always ready to assist whenever we needed something. The most special part of our stay was on the last night, when I requested the hotel team to arrange a candlelight dinner as a surprise for my wife. They arranged everything beautifully and at a very reasonable price. The decoration, ambiance, and setup were amazing and it made the evening truly memorable for both of us. I would like to give a big thank you to the kitchen and restaurant team for their excellent arrangement and service. Chef Karthik prepared delicious food for our candlelight dinner, specially we love that gobi 65 and mushroom starters amd overall food was also so good and we really enjoyed it. Special thanks to the restaurant team members Babu and Dinesh for their attentive service during the dinner. I would also like to appreciate the front office team – Cerok and Rohit for helping with the decoration and for their overall support throughout our stay. Because of their efforts, my surprise for my wife became very special. Overall, it was a memorable stay and a beautiful experience for both of us. Thank you to the entire team at Mango Hill Central Ooty for making our trip so special. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ooty, especially couples looking for a pleasant and memorable stay.

The food quality was consistently outstanding. Though this grand palace would benefit from some careful renovation, it remains a remarkable destination. To enhance the guest experience, we'd suggest adding activities like barbecues, campfires, and children's programs to complement the property's inherent majesty.”

It has been a fantabulous stay, the location is perfect for couples moreover the staff behaviours is a must say ..The kind of hospitality they forecasted I must say its one of a kind..Overall Excellent Experience.. Dont think twice.. just go for it..
