I recently stayed at your hotel and had an unforgettable experience thanks to the outstanding help of one of your staff members, Miss Yan. During my stay, I visited a nearby mall for dinner and accidentally left my passport there. I didn’t realize it was missing until the next morning when I was preparing to leave for my flight. Panicked, I went to the reception for help, where I met Miss Yan. Despite having just finished a long night shift and being due to go home, she selflessly stayed behind to assist me. She went above and beyond—calling the taxi driver I had used, contacting the mall’s management, and even reaching out to McDonald’s (where I had dined) to locate my passport. Her kindness and dedication were incredible. As I don’t speak Chinese, her ability to communicate fluently in English was a huge relief, and she seamlessly translated for me when speaking to local staff. Thanks to her efforts, I was able to recover my passport and make my flight. Miss Yan’s professionalism, compassion, and willingness to help in a stressful situation are a true testament to the high standards of your hotel. I highly recommend this hotel because of employees like her—people who genuinely care about guests. Miss Yan deserves recognition for her exceptional work, and I hope the world knows how lucky your hotel is to have her. Stunning hotel The hotel facilities are spotless and very well maintained. The room was perfectly clean, cozy, and offered a spectacular view of the river—perfect for watching the sunset. It also had a small refrigerator with complimentary drinks, which was a very thoughtful touch. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. Breakfast is included and features authentic Wuhu flavors. While there aren’t many others options, the food is fresh and absolutely delicious. The staff deserves special mention: always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything you might need. They truly make the stay more enjoyable. In the afternoon, taking a walk along the riverside promenade is a wonderful experience—you can admire the sunset, watch locals exercising, singing, or simply relaxing, all in a lively yet peaceful atmosphere. Without a doubt, if I return to Wuhu, I will definitely stay here again.

We had a nice stay at this hotel! The breakfast was great, with plenty of options, and the large rooms were perfect for our needs. The staff was also very attentive and made our experience even better. They even provided a lovely cake for my toddler’s birthday, which was a sweet surprise! 🎂🌺 However, there are a few areas that need improvement. The hotel feels a bit old and could use some renovation. We loved the swaying chair on the balcony, but we couldn’t enjoy it because of a scratching noise—it definitely needs some oiling. Additionally, the area around the hotel was quite dirty, which was a bit disappointing.

從馬鞍山過來，本來覺得這個價格比馬鞍山的酒店還貴，有點不平衡，但是一進大堂就閃瞎了我的狗眼——這有點過於金碧輝煌了吧！而且儘管春節假日已經結束，酒店仍然人頭攢動，生意火爆的不得了，果然是無為最好的酒店呀。 從大堂到房間都是傳統風格，設備設施都在線，不過沒有保險櫃沒有化粧鏡，離五星還有點差距。 游泳是外包的，整體體驗還不錯。要注意的是必須自己帶浴巾和洗浴用品，更衣室裏有拖鞋，其他一概沒有。 早餐十分豐盛，據明檔師傅説前幾天每天都要做五六百份，可見生意之火。幸虧是假日後去的，不過人也不少。最值得稱道的是咖啡極棒，完勝我住過的國內外任何一家五星酒店，比那些網紅咖啡店的咖啡也毫不遜色。可惜咖啡豆不外賣，太遺憾了。對咖啡星人來説，這個太加分了，必須給酒店全五分好評！

酒店大堂很温馨，到房間後很驚喜，房間很乾凈，設施齊全，周圍環境比較安靜。 早餐也很意外，品種非常多，用餐環境非常好，不用出酒店就吃到了蕪湖特色酒釀水籽。 酒店從前台到客房再到餐廳所有員工的服務很周到。

Moderne clean facility. Unfortunately frontdesk dies not speak Englisch. And in morning they where not able to call a taxl to the airport. So I took the monorail to the trainstation and got there a Taxi. Finally Catcher my flight.The monirailstatiin is only 250m away. Hotel has 2 restaurants (did not use it, as well eat in the food-street). Rooms are huge and modern equiped.Aircondition worked well.It was running already when I arrived at the room. :) Can recommend the hotel.

The hotel offers an average breakfast. The rooms are big, though the bathrooms are notably small in comparison. It has free parking, which is convenient for those traveling by car. However, the biggest downside is the elevator system — with only two elevators serving a large number of guests, the wait times are long, and the elevators often arrive full. The controls aren’t linked, so you end up waiting twice as long. The location isn’t bad, with city attractions within reach, but it’s not ideal for those wanting to be in the heart of the city.
