Hotellit aamiaisella kohteessa Taicang

Kokonaiskokemus on hyvä. Viisi tähteä on suositeltavaa! Kansalaisten keskellä on erityinen kaunis ympäristö, ilma on tuore, kokonaisuudessaan hyvin hiljainen ja on todellinen hiljaisuus. Sijainti on myös erittäin mukava, lähellä aavikolla ja kaupunkialueilla, matka on hyvin varovainen. Huone on hyvin puhdas ja asuin erityisen mukava.Se on yksinkertainen puuhuone, suunnittelu on erikoispiirteitä, yksityisyys on myös hyvä. Täydellinen tila on täydellinen, leirillä, kahvilassa, laulu- ja madonreikä-ohjelmissa, aikuiset lapset ovat mukana. Ulkona on suuri tila, lapset voivat leikkiä täällä ja sopivat hyvin vanhempien matkaan. Syö ja juo ja se on valmis, ja seuraavan kerran tulet liian kuuma ja valitset täältä!

The Yitel in Taicang is a fantastic hotel.  From the great front desk staff allowing us a bit of an early check in, to the wonderful breakfast, great room with a lovely big bathtub, to the very warm and friendly housekeeping and restaurant staff, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Yitel. We have been staying at many hotels over the last few months in China, and this hotel is a standout.  The location in central Taicang is great, with a shopping mall and Walmart right across the street, and many other shops, restaurants, banks, and more within easy walking distance.  Our large Queen room was great - very large, incredibly comfortable and well appointed - and, again, the great big bathtub was a special treat.  There is a great in house laundry - most importantly, the best dryer we have used at a ny of the hotels we have stayed in.  Great hotel and would highly recommend.

The hotel has its own onsen area that's open to non-hotel guests. So the entrance starts with the shoe cabinets before reaching the front desk that serves both onsen day-use guests and hotel guests. The Japanese themed room was luxurious. Very clean and impeccably maintained, good sound proofing I could hear a pin drop in the room. Double basins, Dyson hair dryer, bidet toilet bowl, standing shower and a huge zen sofa couch area by the window, complete with tea and chess set. Pity there's not much of a view out there. There's also no phone here, just a speaker by the bedside table or one can use WeChat to communicate with the front desk and of course robot deliveries. Bed and pillow was too soft for my liking. Service is excellent and they even provide turn down service. I left the room for onsen and came back to a room where the curtains are drawn, a plate of fruits on the table, floor towel laid out in the shower area with the bath towel, originally under the basin, now hung on the door of the shower. The stay package came with an Afternoon Tea set of fruits, desserts and crackers. The cheesecakes were meh but the pineapple tart made up for it. Fruits were fresh and yums. In-house guests were given unlimited access to the Onsen and I took my time to enjoy it fully. It's a full Jap style onsen, meaning going fully naked. A rather small onsen with just 3 pools but the outdoor one was the best, soaking in 43 degrees pool in the cold. There's a chill out area outside including a lounge, meditation room and a movie-cum-reading room (what an irony though). They also have private onsen rooms for rent at additional costs. Leisurely breakfast the next morning at 930am. Yes, I had to choose a specific hour to be at breakfast as it's a Jap bento set with a partial buffet (of noodles and porridge). Not outstanding for me. But otherwise, it was 5* experience and I recommend this to anyone planning to come to Taicang to experience the onsen.

Very good! The staff do not speak English but very helpful, the room is clean and with a nice modern style, located in a quiet area, near KFC, convenient store and Starbucks. The laundry room is completely free and available. The breakfast was awesome

Good price, excellent location! I am fussy that I rated the cleanliness 4.

Interesting lift design. Bedroom is spacious and has a good list of TV programmes including English channels and movies on demand (free). Wifi plug available for a free 10 mins charge. Scenic view of a Chinese-design pond at the back yard (pond leads to a larger river at the ancient town). All in all a great location. Note though: hotel doesn’t provide ice cubes and does not have a fridge in the room

1) Not clean, there's hair on tower 2) Rated non smoking but as usual, every room has ash tray and allows guests to smoke. Luckily my room has no cigarette smell, however once the air con is turned on, strong cigarette smell start coming out from the ventilation. I rather sleep through 5 degree without heating than killing my lung. 3) Corridor and room very old, damages everywhere 4) Staffs are nice though

I recently enjoyed a short stay at this lovely place, and I couldn't be happier! The food and breakfast were absolutely delicious, making each meal a delight. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, which added to my overall comfort. My dog had a fantastic time as well, which is always a plus! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed. Despite the rainy weather during our visit, the warm atmosphere and excellent service made it a memorable stay. I will definitely be returning in the future!

The exact room I’ve booked is located in different building, 250 meters away from the reception. The receptionist just pointed to the direction into the darkness, naming the building number. I had to come back to her to get the directions using the map. The room itself is nice and clean. But there’s no elevator and the handle for the shower was lacking.
