民宿位於措玉村裡，離白馬林錯停車場徒步起點距離約4KM。元旦深夜下着雪，冒雪進入村子，非鋪裝砂石路，慢點開沒有難度。 民宿老闆一家很好，一到民宿就有暖暖的酥油茶喝，還幫我熱包子。衞生環境超出預期，電熱毯、地暖開着晚上很暖和，而且還有加濕器。走廊邊擺滿了鮮花，在這較為艱苦的地方，讓人看着欣喜充滿希望，老闆一家是很熱愛生活的人呀！ 庫拉崗日很美，下次還來，還選擇這家民宿！

其他都好，希望總店對前台人員好好加強培訓。住了12天，多次聽不懂客人需求，叫別打掃衞生非要打掃衞生，叫拿抽紙送來捲紙，刮鬍刀給我扔掉也不送新的，最無語的是，手把手教她開發票證明就是聽不懂，簡單一句話，照着我寫的敲字，還不停地打出錯別字，打字還超慢，耽誤了我半個多小時，態度還差。

到西藏來遊玩，提前訂了這家維也納酒店，一次非常不錯的入住體驗！ 設施：設施設備新，住着舒服 衞生：衞生乾淨整潔 環境：環境寬敞優美，出行方便 服務：這個前台服務我要着重表揚一下，服務細緻周到，對我們無微不至的關心，入住後隨時關心我們，賓至如歸，家的感覺，推薦找到了好吃的，也住的舒服沒有高反，感謝經理的幫忙謝謝！

不錯，房間乾淨，挺大的，送了簡單的果盤，晚上吃肉吃多了回來吃幾個聖女果挺舒服。我們早上趕火車退房早，看前台直接貼着一張紙條是電話以及讓把退房房卡放在那，挺方便的，也挺貼心的。

😐 我衹想説，這次算是這次旅途上的遺憾，是我選錯了，被客照騙了，也或許藏區營地，和網上渠道合作的比較少。沿途我看到有些位置更好的營地，攜程網上是搜不到的。 選的舒適型二人間。費用算是貴的。到實地看了下，與預期有些差異，國道沿邊馬路旁，來往車輛很吵，營地離湖邊還有段距離。選的貴以為是特別的，但是觀景視野卻一般，被安排在天台上。樓下是停車場，不是在一樓直麪羊湖。 帳篷內部還可以，有部分透明塑料布觀景，看不清……一張大床，坐墊小茶几，有電熱毯。取暖器是設定時間的，最多2小時自動關閉。8月份的天氣入住半夜還是會冷的。 房間裏沒有瓶裝水，沒有熱水瓶。加濕器、熱水壺還沒來得及用。公用廁所在一樓，經常會用物件堵上不讓用，不太明白… 還有間洗漱間，刷牙洗臉洗個頭是可以，不能洗澡。 餐廳的飯菜還挺好吃的，價格確實偏貴。早飯38（粥饅頭小菜，麪條3848，或者點菜。炒菜6878起……兩菜一湯200左右。 老闆人還是可以的，還是希望你們越來越好。
