"room was clean and spacious. No complaints here. Checking in and out worked smoothly. But 2 things I have to complain about: 1) I have no idea why some people say the breakfast is great. For me and my wife it was terrible. Possibly the worst breakfast I ever had. Yes, they have a lot to offer. But somehow they make everything taste cheap and ”weird”. I ended up eating some dry bread with jam, because I couldn't eat anything else. I suspect that they don't cook by themselves, but buy some cheap readymade food and sell it as ”fresh”. Also, the breakfast still looks exactly the same as the pictures from more than 6 months ago. No change at all 2) no option to clean the clothes is ridiculous. I have no problem to pay or wash by myself but both they didn't allow me to do. I never saw this before. All in all it's not bad. If you don't care about the breakfast and don't want to wash your clothes, this hotel might be for you. The rooms are good and the service also very nice (apart from ”you can guess” the breakfast staff)"

"The hotel located on the South Bank of the river, 3-4 km away from the center of Kangbashi district. There's a park/walking-jogging-biking lane in front of the hotel and along the river to the bridge to the opposite. If you like to walk and want to stay in a quiet place, I recommend here. By the way you can call a taxi/Didi easily. The hotel staff couldn't speak English but they kindly helped you so far they could. You should ask them to add WeChat for they can answer you easily cuz WeChat offers translation function. The room we stayed was large, bright and clean, has good view if you choose river view."
