"room was clean and spacious. No complaints here. Checking in and out worked smoothly. But 2 things I have to complain about: 1) I have no idea why some people say the breakfast is great. For me and my wife it was terrible. Possibly the worst breakfast I ever had. Yes, they have a lot to offer. But somehow they make everything taste cheap and ”weird”. I ended up eating some dry bread with jam, because I couldn't eat anything else. I suspect that they don't cook by themselves, but buy some cheap readymade food and sell it as ”fresh”. Also, the breakfast still looks exactly the same as the pictures from more than 6 months ago. No change at all 2) no option to clean the clothes is ridiculous. I have no problem to pay or wash by myself but both they didn't allow me to do. I never saw this before. All in all it's not bad. If you don't care about the breakfast and don't want to wash your clothes, this hotel might be for you. The rooms are good and the service also very nice (apart from ”you can guess” the breakfast staff)"

"由於天氣原因，臨時從鄂爾多斯草原改為成陵，遊玩後隨機選了這家，一開始看評分，4.5，説比較老，東西一碰就掉，比較擔心。但考慮到房間大，衞生乾淨，自駕的雖然有點偏，但也無妨。沒想到確定物超所值。辦完入住，服務態度也很好，提醒有健身房和泳池（衹是好像前台和健身房訊息不通暢，我們換好泳衣下去才發現7月2-4日閉館，希望改進），房間很通風，客房原本衹説了小童拖鞋，牙膏也帶了，很貼心。次日去餐飲，不含早的成人40，小童20，前台漂亮姐姐，熱情有禮貌，還主動給我們優惠了。就餐環境不錯，菜品美味，服務員也很主動，還有一個小細節，我們吃完後，餐廳收工了，他們把所有食材都收在收納盒，節約意識很強，可以和老五星酒店媲美了。"
