房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒服，服務熱情周到，位置便利出行方便，性價比很高，整體體驗超預期，下次還會選擇！

Few of the amenities listed on the listing page are available. Maybe they were at some point in the past long ago, but this hotel is far from in its prime. There is no sauna. The ”bath center” where this was has been converted into a commercial spa for a business unrelated to the hotel. There is no night club. There is no ”gym” as shown in one of the pictures. I believe a lot of the pictures shown on the listing page are years if not decades old. There is no ”boutique”. There is one tiny convenience store on the first floor. The hotel has a restaurant on the second floor. I only used it for the free breakfast which was good. The hotel largely focuses on catering to business events. They have meeting spaces and a big ornate looking meeting space. For normal travellers, this hotel is very bare bones. Service was great. The staff are friendly and helpful. The laundry is not self service. You need to pay per article of clothing for someone to take it. The room itself lacked a minibar, functional air conditioning, or a functional safe. It was very spartan. Would I come here again? Not for the listed price. Without any of the advertised amenities, I can't imagine this is much better than cheaper hotels in the area.

Don’t expect much for the rooms, you are paying for the all you can eat and drink, fast pass, and amazing experience of the desert, kids loved it!

在酒店玩得很開心，專門安排了管家張彬璐帶負責我們兩天一晚的行程安排，白天兩個島自主遊玩，晚上管家帶我們一家三口吃晚餐，結束了還陪着我們一起參加晚上的演出活動。第二天一早提醒我們看日出，由於早上下雨，送我們吃完早餐退房後安排專車師傅送我們一直到酒店停車場，總體來説酒店一家全包性價比還是挺高的，比散客舒服很多，還是比較推薦的，國慶期間人也不多。好玩的太多了，在內蒙一週裏算是最好玩的一天了，服務也超級好。當天遊玩的照片隨便看看，景色還是不錯的

如圖1-3所見，剛開始入住覺得會是一個happy night，2025年5月新開的連鎖酒店，一切都是亮堂堂乾乾淨淨的。晚上洗澡還能放音樂，大傢伙都挺開心，等洗好澡發現一連串尷尬的事。 一是想讓孩子先睡覺，大人繼續洗漱，結果燈沒法控制，“全關閉”“睡眠模式”“閲讀模式”等四個模式，按哪一個都是一鍵全關，主打一個要不一起睡，要不一起亮燈一起醒。沒有單獨控制某一個燈帶的操作按鈕。後來等洗好才發現，原來可以先按上面任意一個按鈕，再打着手電過來把門口進口處牆上廁所衞浴燈開一下，會亮一個小燈。 二是接着睡覺後，發現第二個尷尬點，牆上所有燈的按鈕巨亮無比，挨着臉，照的以為燈沒關。尤其控制音樂的面板整塊都是亮的。於是拿包檔，拿枕頭摞起來檔。 三是接着睡，發現最大一個問題：房間開着窗，也很熱，於是去開中央空調，發現沒有送冷風，諮詢前台，告知，是由整個入住客人開冷風多還是開熱風多由中央空調自己來決定當天送冷風還是送暖氣……震驚了！一家子半夜這個點，四點多被熱醒睡不着覺…… 也真是顛覆了對麗楓酒店的印象，總結下，硬件和現代感很不錯，但各種軟件人性化方便欠了太多火候。#半夜能熱醒的酒店

During my recent stay in Ordos City, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel. It was exceptionally clean and spacious, creating a welcoming atmosphere right from the start. One of the most convenient aspects of this hotel is its prime location; it is situated near popular attractions such as Wanda Plaza, the zoo, and a variety of restaurants. Additionally, the bus stop located directly in front of the hotel makes it easy to explore the city. The comfort of the accommodations was a mixed experience, however. While the quilt provided was soft and cozy, its thickness made it uncomfortable when the air conditioning was turned off. Unfortunately, the air conditioning unit itself left much to be desired. It produced a loud, typhoon-like noise, and I found that it didn’t effectively cool the room to a comfortable temperature. Despite the issues with the air conditioning, I would still recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Ordos City. Its cleanliness, roominess, and convenient location make it a solid choice for travelers.

It was a okay stay. 5 hours stay night. Bed was wide enough. I did not expect too much on Cleanliness. Cleanliness okay.  Close to airport.  Airport transfer and no fee On the web they have car transportation without fee and no need to book. I was waiting for the car or bus. No vehicle arrived and we had to hire a cab to get the hotel.  Reach out to hotel to book transportation. Thank you.

Nice stay right at the entrance of the scenic area. Good room with a view over the desert. Not A lot of info for non-Chinese tourists about the desert islands and there prices for foreigners, but that’s life in China. Have to get out by taxi or DiDi as it’s out there a ways from main roads

在庫布齊沙漠的行程裏，漠野星河酒店絕對是最大的驚喜！ 先説位置，它就藏在景區核心區裏，推開門就是一望無際的沙漠，沙丘像海浪一樣鋪向天邊。清晨拉開窗簾，能看到第一縷陽光給沙丘鍍上金邊；傍晚坐在酒店門口，看夕陽把沙漠染成橘紅色，連趕路的時間都省了，這種“出門即景”的體驗太爽了。 環境更是沒話説，酒店和沙漠風光完美融合，日落🌇星空🌃我的圖片裏都體現了，聽風聲穿過沙丘，晚上抬頭就是漫天繁星，“漠野星河”這名字簡直是實景標註，住在這裏像住進了沙漠的詩意裏。 價格也讓人眼前一亮，景區內的酒店能做到這麼經濟實惠，性價比高到超出預期。最讓人舒服的是全程沒套路，從預訂到入住，所有費用都明明白白，沒有隱形消費，也沒有強制推銷，住得特別踏實。 更值得誇的是服務，酒店裡的每一個人都熱情得像家人。前台小姐姐會耐心講沙漠遊玩攻略，保潔阿姨看到我們沙子帶進房間，主動幫忙清理，連廚房師傅都特意問我們早餐想吃甜口還是鹹口。這種從頭到尾的貼心，比風景更讓人暖心。 這趟沙漠之旅，一半的快樂來自風景，一半來自這家酒店。下次來庫布齊，肯定還選這裏！ 這是我的真實體驗，這條評論完完全全是以我個人的內心真實感受！
