"本來要去貴陽，一看酒店價格貴得離譜，趕緊轉到凱里，在攜程上對比了很多家，選擇了萬户寨，性價比很高，超預期。 首先這家酒店靠近凱里南站，提前預約就可以接站送站，5分鐘即達，服務很貼心👍 第一晚到的時候趕上了篝火晚會，很熱鬧；早餐也還可以，房間忘了拍照，但是很乾凈，床品設施都很完善。對了，這裏離下司古鎮很近，打車十分鐘，免門票，最近還有活動（可惜我要離開了），可以去玩玩，我是今天早餐後去完回來趕高鐵的，值得一遊，比苗江千户寨的體驗感要好很多～"

"這家酒店的真的太舒心了！前台小劉服務熱情 辦理入住超快大堂裝修很大氣，香氛也很好聞，讓人一進門就感覺很放鬆。房間採光極佳，視野開闊，早上拉開窗簾就能看到漂亮的風景。早餐種類超級豐富，中式西式都有，味道也很不錯，退房時流程也很便捷，完全不用等待，真心值得五星好評！"

"Got a room upgrade so my room was huge. Place was very clean, had all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Location was on a side street from a major road, so the hotel was quiet but still convenient if you want to take the bus or if you want can walk around 15 minutes to the shopping malls and night street food market. Fast wifi and free washer on the 7th floor too. Just let reception know when you leave hotel for the day and they will clean your room daily, they will remind you to do so during checkin! Very friendly staff from all those on the front desk, to the cleaners. Highly recommend this hotel if you visit Kaili city."

"We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. When we checked in they upgraded our room to a business suite. This was so unexpected and we loved it! It was so comfortable and provide the perfect amount of space so when one needed to work in the evening, the other person wasn’t disturbed. The en-suite bathroom was fantastic - the dual vanity was perfect for both of us to get ready at the same time. Also, it had a massive bathtub and separate shower- great for those who might want to unwind after a long day. The bed was very comfortable and it had great sound proofing. The only drawback was that the AC didn’t work well in the suite- even though we tried to lower the temperature, we weren’t able to bring it lower than 25 degrees. As it is summer, being able to lower the AC would have been helpful as it did get a little stuffy in the room at night. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. From recommendations on how to visit several of the villages we were interested in going to, to recommendations for specific Guizhou dishes to try at the night market, they were so kind and pleasant. The day we checked out it was pouring. The staff were kind enough to lend us umbrellas so we could go for a short walk to get coffee before our trip to the train station. The facilities were great and well maintained. A good really gym with lots of equipment / treadmills/ weights etc so you could work out. It closes at 11pm (as does the laundry). They only have 2 washer/ dryer combinations so while laundry is free to do, it could take a while as the shortest wash cycle was approximately 30 min, and then you still had to factor in dry time (as it’s the same machine). The hotel is located in the center area so there are lots of shops, and huge underground mall, night market, parks, cafe and bakery all within walking distance. As it’s centrally located, it’s very easy for didi to find/ schedule pick up. We loved our time in Kaili and our stay at this hotel. We will definitely return for a second visit!"

"Nice hotel, good service and a clean comfortable quiet room. The location could be a little better if in an area with more close shopping but getting a Didi to get around wasn't a problem. If going on a return trip to Kali we would likely stay here again."

"酒店距離萬達廣場很近，臨街，出行便利，提供免費停車，也可在酒店門口打車或乘公交車出行。附近就是金泉湖公園，晚上衹想出去轉轉太適合了。房間熱水很大，空調暖和。加了酒店微信，晚上有服務員送水果進入房間，還有牛奶也是免費的。酒店提供一次性馬桶墊，很驚喜。"

"Very nice and clean hotel spacious, see thru glass to the toilet, but the curtain control is outside the bathroom. Breakfast is a simple minced meat noodles. Stayed here to visit the minority museum nearby but it was closed a year ago."

"Our stay was not so bad. Just some little details to get better about the room status (see pics below: a hole on the curtains, a door knock and the sides of the television). Hotel perfect just for business people. Information through the hospitality and concierge must be improved. Especially for foreign visitors and no Chinese people. They told us that the Ethnic Museum of Kaili was open. We took a taxi and when we arrived the museum was closed. If we have to rate it from 1 to 10, this hotel is 8/10. Location was very good. Close by tha main shopping area and all the malls of the city. Walking distance from the downtown."

"因為孩子游泳怕感冒，跟前台要生薑，説沒有，我讓後廚找找看。晚上手洗奶瓶燙傷了，打電話要冰袋，前台説沒有。我説那冰塊有了吧。。。[破涕為笑] 第二天經理知道後，休假也從家裡趕過來跟我們道歉，我們也有點驚訝。後面説給我們升級房間，我拒絕了，因為第二天就走了，不想搬行李，後面鄧經理拿着行李車説幫我們搬，孩子到了行政套房後玩的很開心，我們又續多一晚，當天我們出去吃飯後，經理在**買了好多葱白和生薑給我們，我們很驚訝！太貼心了！第三天天我們回程時候，遇到了經理，他本來在處理事情，看到了我們搬行李，他馬上跑過來幫我們把行李一件件抬到車上。謝謝鄧經理！下次我來貴陽時候我們還會繼續選擇貴酒店！ps在等孩子爸爸開車過來時候，有個小孩子自己提着行李走樓梯，鄧經理馬上跑過去幫忙抬經理！所有的細節看的出鄧經理是在用心服務"
