"Excellent location that is just beside the Drum Tower. From the open garden at level 4, you can also get a great birdeye view of the Drum Tower. In the evening, street vendors filled up the areas surrounding the hotel and you will be spoil for choice of food. Reception is very polite and warm, and allowed us to have a 2 hours late checkout before our flight. We were also given a small memento of chrysanthemum tea and peanuts at check out."

"Very close to attraction, right next to Gulou night market. Hotels are clean, breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The only concern is they gave us a smoking room as we had reserved a non-smoking room, they swapped rooms for us immediately. The hotel has washing machines for residents free to use. Overall, very impressive for the service and good quality, clean room"

"Super cute lobby, clean hotel, accommodating staff who upgraded me for free to a suite. I had requested a non-smoking room, unfortunately the first room had a strong lingering odour, the upgrade was perfect though! Nice size, very comfortable bed, and a view of the garden. Breakfast was standard and a little disappointing, not many western dishes, however it was what I was expecting. Great location, many restaurants nearby and a 15 minute walk to the night market. Great one night stay."

"Front desk staff, Sonny, was the most kindest staff service I received in China. She helped us to catch the taxi multiple times even if we did not ask for. She made sure we were ok. Hotel is beautifully decorated and bed is very comfortable. View from balcony with Chinese roofs were beautiful. I was able to do laundry and dry clothes at the balcony. Hotel provided drying rack. Breakfast was good. Highly recommend to my family and friends."

"因為想去清明上河園玩特意找的這家酒店（親測步行6分鐘到清園入口）直接被驚喜到了。首先環境非常優美雅緻，恍若置身江南。房間做了免費升級，帶個小庭院，是個意外驚喜。房間很大，古香古色，特別舒適（值得一提的是洗澡的時候熱水直接出，沒有等待時間，很多酒店做不到。早餐中規中矩，中西餐都照顧到了。離酒店不遠還有一家胡辣湯小吃，特別推薦。 整體滿意，必須給五分。 對了酒店還給做了提前入住和延時退房，特別感謝，希望生意興隆，還會再去。"

There's nothing I could point out as a downside (except maybe the air conditioner might seem a bit noisy to some, but I fell asleep just fine). On the plus side: · Very friendly staff. · Five-star customer service. Thanks to the hotel's tips, I visited a great night market after sightseeing – details like that are often difficult for foreigners to discover on their own. · You can also get recommendations for restaurants and attractions there. · The rooms are new, and the amenities (from robes to shampoo and even a scale) are excellent. · The hotel provided a complimentary breakfast, which was very good. Upon check-in, they gave me a very nice welcome gift and also provided some snacks. The location is quite convenient – you can walk to Millennium Park in about 25 minutes. In summary: one of the few hotels I would definitely choose again if I ever return to Kaifeng. Here, I truly felt like a guest, not just someone temporarily staying in a room.

While smoking is permitted in the hotel, I was pleased to find that my room did not have a smoky smell. The staff was attentive to our needs, and the breakfast offered a good selection. However, I found that some essential services for foreigners were lacking. For example, assistance with booking a taxi, sending packages, or arranging tours was not available. I was surprised that some essential services were not included, especially given the number of staff available to assist with carrying luggage and opening doors. This was a missed opportunity to enhance the overall guest experience which is something other hotels in China typically offer at no extra cost. Overall, while the hotel itself is nice, I believe it could benefit from providing these additional services to enhance the guest experience.

VVieraskäyttäjä來開封玩真的挖到寶了！這家鹿鳴湖畔民宿直接把開封住宿體驗拉滿✨ 首先位置絕了！就在清明上河園、萬歲山武俠城旁邊，步行就能到景點，完全不用折騰趕路。 房間也太驚喜了！閲景大床房空間寬敞明亮，裝修是簡約高級的新中式風格，床品軟乎乎的，睡感超舒服。智能馬桶、空氣凈化器這些細節配置拉滿，連胖東來洗護都安排上了，細節感直接戳中人心！新開的民宿，設施都很新很乾凈，住起來完全放心。 服務也特別貼心，全程都很周到，有求必應。來開封玩真的閉眼沖這家，下次來還住這裏，已經瘋狂推薦給朋友了！

LLay Seng YewI had a wonderful experience at this homestay. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout my stay. They even assisted by bringing my food delivery directly to my doorstep, which was a very thoughtful touch. On my departure day, they also helped arrange transportation to pick up my luggage and send it to the airport, making my travel much easier and stress-free. The room was clean, the environment was comfortable, and the service truly exceeded expectations. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

Got free breakfast from member signup but the spread is disappointing . Went at 9am and most of the beverages are depleted. Instead of topping up, the staff tilt the dispenser for more beverages. The only meal item in the breakfast is just the mini hotdog Rooms is quite spacious, with separate bath and toilet. Lights switch is a mess with the bedside switch working on and off. Digital bidet is not working. Hot water is limited. Waited 5 mins for hot water and then halfway thru, the hot water ceases. Only 3 tv channel with no digital app available. Air ventilation quite bad as we can smell the smoke in our room. Althought there is a non smoking sign in the lobby, ppl are just ignoring thd sign. Direction to the laundry is not clear.

LLisa 丽莎This hotel is near the train station, but it's pretty far from the city center, and the traffic in Kaifeng is no joke. Like, seriously chaotic. If your whole plan is to hit up the main attractions downtown, just know you’ll be spending a decent chunk of time stuck in the car. That being said, the hotel itself came through in other ways. The laundry service? Absolutely amazing. Total lifesaver, especially when you’re running low on clothes. The staff were super sweet and helped us book a shuttle to the station, which made departure way less stressful. Our room was huge and I actually really loved the design—it had character. Overall, a good stay, just map out your timing if you’re planning to explore the city center.

TTianye0378趁着假期尾巴帶孩子到開封玩，進到酒店院裏豁然開朗，裏面有個有很大停車場，新能源充電設施齊全，特斯拉理想小鵬都有還有好多慢充。酒店離開封核心景區很近，看着像是新開的酒店，房間裏面很乾凈，酒店早餐很豐富，酒店裡的工作人員都很熱情禮貌，還給講了開封遊玩攻略推薦的特色小吃味道很棒！！！推薦推薦

EExpatFor some of the weekend, I took a train from Xi’an to Kaifeng. This weekend, a cold front came in. It didn’t matter because the Gulou night market had everything I needed to adjust. I found some hidden spots (like Bayu Morning Rikaye Alcohol, Lecker’s Leban German Restaurant, and Jieyou Grocery Little Bar) while exploring. The Millenium Park, Gulou Market, and Wansui Shan Wuxia City are very close. The hotel property is great for walking, and the room was really comfortable. Front desk was easy to communicate with despite the language barrier, and everything very efficient. There is a nice gym and pool, but I was out exploring. There is also a shuttle which can take you to a couple of spots nearby. This property is good for conventions or families, but I was fine as a solo traveler. Food good.
