Premier Inn just as expected, no issue at all. Restaurant woeful, poor service, average & expensive food. Had to ask 4 times before waitress finally brought our bottle of wine. Eat at The Hungry Horse opposite, great atmosphere, excellent service, large choice on menu and half the price

Room and beds were everything I expected from Premier Inn. Great value for money. Nice food. We had breakfast and dinner. Vegetarian diet catered for but a little over cooked sausages for breakfast! Only downside was the constant walking and banging from the room above on the second night.

My experience was splendid :) staff was very pleasant; I want to give a special thanks to Agata, Allan and Emma. Food was really nice and deserts were on point. 私の体験は素晴らしかったです :) スタッフの皆さんはとても親切でした。特にアガタさん、アランさん、そしてエマさんに感謝の気持ちを伝えたいです。料理はとても美味しく、デザートも完璧でした。

If you looking for a decent evening meal. Avoid this location!!! Checked in booked a table. First told they could not seat me. When I explained I had booked I was seated in the restaurant with three other business men. Having all sat in silence for over thirty minutes with only one waitress working. No offer of a drink and the bar was closed. I left and made other arrangements. Five other guests were also turned away. As a large hotel chain and associated restaurant this was completely embarrassing. Think I'll swerve all Premier Inn locations in future.

The hotel was easy to get to, good parking, friendly staff. A very comfortable and good size room for the four of us. There were very nice personal touches and great pre-stay communication. To me this is a sign of a well run place…. Many thanks!

I stayed here as a little weekend getaway with my boyfriend and there was an issue with our booking but the lovely receptionist Lauren sorted it out promptly, really appreciate her politeness and professionalism!! Hotel was also very clean and perfect area!! 10/10 recommend

Hotel is in a great area, rooms are very clean and comfy. Food was great and Emma at the restaurant was so welcoming and provided efficient service. Lauren at reception was very helpful and kind. 10/10 stay overall, would definitely recommend!!

Brilliant service from the whole team (Alex, Courtney and Elle). They are friendly, efficient and delivery great service!! They run all front of house and the restaurant very well. The rooms are good value. It's easy to navigate the hallways. The bar and restaurant are nice with a relaxing environment. And the food and drink was great!
