Das Seela Braunschweig

A lovely stay at the hotel. The room was spacious and very clean with all the amenities. Staff very friendly and helpful. Strongly recommended and will stay again!

Waren schon mehrmals Gäste im Seela und sind noch nie enttäuscht worden! Auch mit Hund sehr entspannt.

Der Spa-Bereich mit seinen insgesamt 5 Saunen ist prima und Freitags gibt es sogar Aufgüsse. Schönes, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Lage zwar an der Bundesstraße, aber nach hinten raus ruhig und mit Blick in den Wald. Super Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und fußläufig zum Kurpark mit touristischen Angeboten und Therme. Freundliches und kompetentes Personal.

Naja 17,50€ für ein Frühstück mit trockenen Aufbackbrötchen war definitiv zu teuer.

When we stayed here for the first time in September 2008, my husband had the flu and we couldn't really enjoy the beautiful countryside next to the hotel. Now we returned to visit my mother and to attend my high school class reunion which also took place in a room at this hotel (beautiful room) which was downstairs. We had the same suite (257) that we had 7 years ago and everything was perfect again. It's lovely to have two bathrooms and two showers. Quel luxe :)! Also there is an extra door between living room and bed room, so you cannot hear any people in the hallway of the floor. A very peaceful hotel. The only thing we missed was air condition. Even though this was already October, it was still warm in Braunschweig. But other than that no complaints at all. The staff is very helpful and friendly, speaks English flawlessly. Breakfast was delicious like we remembered it from our first stay. If you have an extra day, I can highly recommend to drive less than half a mile towards Kreuzteich pond (just ask at the reception and they'll give you directions). You can walk around the pond and then cross the street and walk around the cloisters Riddagshausen. Ask for Kleiderfellerweg which is not far from the old house with the archway and the cloisters. There's also an area where several old farming houses have been renovated in the early 1970's. Turn into the small lane next to the shoemaker and park your car there. You will see the farm houses right there.

Wir haben 4 Tage in diesem schönen Hotel verbracht. Gleich in der Nähe ist ein Naturschutzgebiet mit Seen, welches zum Wandern einlädt. Zimmer völlig in Ordnung, Bad wunderschön, WLAN ausreichend, nur der Fernseher war klein und der Fernsehempfang teilweise schlecht. Das Restaurant haben wir einmal zum Kaffee genutzt, sonst immer woanders gegessen (Preise für mich zu hoch). Personal sehr nett und freundlich. Empfehlung: jederzeit wieder.
