It was a little confusing to find the correct apartment building as there were 2 side by side. Apartment was small but cozy and sufficiently comfortable. My apartment was on the 2nd floor and you could hear some commotion from the streets but it was still manageable."

"This hotel was looked newly revovated. Thus, it was clean with new furniture and decor. The room was clean and the house keeper took actions to our request efficiently. However, their gym was small and only few equipment provided . Besides , it had very bad lighting. I arrived the gym at about 9:30pm, I had doubt and fear to enter the gym because the corridor was dark and the gym was located at the corner of the lift lobby."

For my small asks, he could have shrugged them away as generally happens in European countries. But he found solutions. I called to see how to make the AC work, I was told there is no air conditioning for cooling. But in some time, he brought me a standing fan which was a pleasant surprise and made my stay comfortable during the hot summers. Thank you Philip and also the other girl, who did not speak much, but was generous and helping too."
