Schuster Boarding House exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The hotel is tastefully designed, with attention to every detail—from the elegant decor to the cozy, well-appointed rooms. The location couldn’t be better: right in the heart of Brașov’s old town, just a short walk from the main square and local attractions. Despite being central, it’s peaceful and quiet—perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The staff were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. The rooftop terrace was a highlight, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the city and mountains. Breakfast was fresh, diverse, and beautifully presented. This is the kind of place that makes you want to come back. A true home away from home!

Style, Service, Location, Food & Charm - Loved it!
Best hotel we visited in Romania and the service was impeccable. Adriana and Delyana went above and beyond in recommendations, help with a train issue to Sibiu and providing us with all the drinking water we needed (which was a lot). The service was better than at most 5-6 star branded hotels. And I've stayed in many over the years for business. The hotel manager was a delight and the chef provided the best tasting and freshest breakfast spread during out stay in the country. The rooms are stylish, comfortable, the cleanest we had in the country and the location is perfection. If your staying in Brasov, Schuster Boarding House is by far your best choice. I will be recommending to all my well-traveled friends.

Excellent boutique hotel
From the glass of Prosecco at check-in to the beautiful room and everything in between, I love this hotel. The staff are amazing and the morning breakfast is superb.
The only negative — and it’s not much of one — is that the room was a little too warm. But even that was nothing opening a window didn’t fix.

The location is very good, the location is very well renovated, modern design. The room is quite large. The bathroom is basic, only shower gel and a vanity kit. No body lotion. Towels quite worn out and Shower towels extremely small. Bathrobe available on request. The water installation is quite noisy and one can hear the noises on the hallway and in the neighboring rooms. There is a spa - massage is decent for the price of a good one. The facility has a small lounge and a 24 places breakfast restaurant. The breakfast is quite good. However, the price is equivalent of a 4 star hotel which actually it is not. The personnel (4 persons) is open and accommodating.

Great boutique hotel
Excellent boutique hotel in a great location for visiting Braşov old town. Stylish design, quite Scandinavian in style. Comfortable room, excellent shower. Very good buffet breakfast ( best we had in Romania)

I loved this hotel! It is beautifully decorated and the rooms itself are so pretty. The staff was very welcoming and very helpful with anything you need. The breakfast that’s included is delicious as well and give you different options each day. The have a nice rooftop that has a great view over Braşov and I recommend grabbing a drink from their bar and go to the roof. The location of this hotel is in the perfect spot. It’s easy to walk to several restaurants, cafes and tourist attractions. The only complaint I would have is the walls are a little thin so if you get a loud neighbor, you can hear everything. But, once we told the front desk, they told them to be quiet, which we really appreciated and were able to get a good nights sleep. I would absolutely stay here again if I’m in Braşov. This hotel was great, and you won’t be disappointed.

Fabulous hotel. Staff very helpful, room was beautiful and felt high end. Can’t beat the location. We had no problem finding parking close by.
