"The room is clean. The carpet is stained and dirty. The sofa is stained and dirty and the time share staff is obnoxious. The falls village staff is great. We are here after Labor Day and have two studio units. Despite us both being senior citizens, we had to walk two flights of stairs down with our luggage to a room that does not have anything to view, but some rocks. The Bluegreen people are a pain in ass. I will not stay here in the future, even though I have a timeshare with BlueGreen."
