We stayed twice at this location, on 06/09 (Monday) and 06/13 (Friday). On Monday, all was going well, unpacking, settling in, but eventually noticed that the TV remote wasn't working. I went down to the front desk and was given a luke-warm reception at my request for a new one. So, when she told me that they'd "try" to find another one, I said I hope so, because I'm not staying in a room to look at the walls all night. Simple truth. She said "You've been here over an hour, so a refund won't happen. How DARE her. She was just overly rude about the situation, uncalled for. She did find a replacement remote, and the rest of the night went well. The second stay on the 13th was the deal-breaker for me. We got to our room, and I noticed that the beds weren't made. There were 6 pillows (3 for each bed) and all six pillows were in a pile on the end of one bed. But thought, no problem, just threw three over to the other bed. It was strange though. The TV wouldn't even turn ON at this point (there was no "HI JULIE" message on the screen like the 1st night). So, I thought "here we go again with a tv/remote issue. I noticed that it was sweltering in the room; but thought. "it's been empty, they shut the air off sometimes when unoccupied, so we turned the thermostat down to get it going. It showed 81 degrees when we came in; and over a 15-minute period, it went up to 82 degrees. I went down to the front desk, to let her know that it HADN'T been an hour and we needed to cancel. having NO air and NO tv. She was so rude, asked if SHE could come try and fix the air; and if she couldn't fix it, she'd process the refund. I said sure. All she did was come up to the room, push the exact same buttons (on the thermostat), that my son and I both pushed and nothing happened. Her attitude quickly changed, and she decided that they miraculously had another room available next door. This whole thing was handled completely wrong. It's like very issue was MY fault. Maybe she doesn't like little white women. Not sure. Don't care. I would NEVER stay at this location again. NEVER.

Very nice and would recommend to anyone, we will be back!

front desk gave us room that was already occupied so we end up walking in on someone. Got a different room but not very clean rooms. sheet or blanket smelled like B.O. so since had double bed switch to other bed. it is convenient if you are going to a concert at Brandon amphitheater.

Checked into our room for there to be a dirty bath cloth left hanging in on the shower curtain rod, there were cheerios on the pullout couch, no bedding or pillows for the pull out couch, room wasnt cleaned or offered to be cleaned while we were staying, and they tacked on a 40$ incidental fee without telling me there would be one. Overall not that great of a stay

Shopping center and a nearby nice park

We had to wait an hour in the lobby for a room. I got there around 4:40 and check in was at 3 and they still didn’t have rooms available. After an 8 hour drive with kids, we didn’t get into a room until 5:30. I paid extra for the breakfast for it to only be oatmeal and cereal. The rooms were nice but you had to slam the door shut for it to completely latch. If not you could just push the door open and someone could have access to your room.
