When I brought my child with me, I got a complaint from downstairs and had to change rooms midway! I think the service is okay, but I think it's not considerate enough when it comes to customer demands! The second time I stayed there, I asked for a room away from the highway, but the front desk still gave me a room next to the highway! It wasn't until I said I wanted to check out and change hotels that their manager changed the room for me! If they tell the front desk that this is the only room available, don't believe them! He's so scheming at this point, and I really can't understand such a trick! Shouldn’t we try our best to meet customer requirements?"
