Fantastic base for our trip to Longleat. Plenty of off road parking and Pauline and Nigel made us feel very welcome. Water and milk was ready in the fridge on our arrival and the microwave and toaster came in really handy. There was also the supercar storage facility nearby that do food and also the George pub about 15-20 minutes walk away which was a lovely walk (albeit in the middle of a heatwave).

Our stay was an absolute delight. Pauline and Nigel are the kindest, most welcoming hosts -their warmth made us feel instantly at home. The B&B is beautiful, full of charm, and set in a peaceful, scenic location. The rooms are very comfortable and the breakfasts are delicious. A truly relaxing and memorable stay - would strongly recommend Beeches! Thanks 🙏 Dan & Jess.

Such an amazing place to stay, This is our 3rd staying here, We stayed in the Pigwig cottage this time, The cottage had everything we needed, it was clean and very comfortable, and the fresh flowers, milk, tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits were an added bonus. Nigel came and made sure we had everything we need. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much Nigel & Pauline

We chose The Beeches for an extended family weekend visiting Longleat Safari Park (about 20 minutes away). 4 adults and 4 children stayed in the 2 interconnecting CowByre cottages and 3 adults in the en-suite rooms. The Cow Byres were perfect for two families with everything needed for a self catering stay with small children. The ensuite rooms were well equipped with facilities for drinks/breakfast. All accommodation was spotlessly clean. A highlight for us was the playground and games room as we used these in the evenings to socialise when a further 8 family members who were camping nearby joined us. We all enjoyed the table football, pool table and table tennis whilst the 18 month old loved the ball pool. The owner, Nigel, was prompt with answers to my queries beforehand and keen to ensure everything was fine during our stay. I highly recommend this for a family holiday and wouldn't hesitate to return in the future.

There were three of us staying in the Milking Shed in single beds and it was a lovely, spacious room, with everything we needed for our stay. The beds were really comfortable, the shower was powerful and the products given to use smelled lovely. There were great tea/coffee making facilities, plates, bowls and cutlery and tables and chairs to use if we needed them so, although room only and not self-catering, breakfast was no problem and we could easily have had a take-away if we wanted to. We walked into Bradford on Avon several times during our stay, across the field, and found the whole area to be beautiful, the people very welcoming and the food and drink excellent quality. We enjoyed food in The Barge and The George and we played Yahtzee in The Stumble Inn. It's also great for walking (running too) along the canal, and for the train to Bath. All in all we found it brilliant.

A warm welcome and relaxed ambience. A large and very comfortable bed in “The Potato Shed”. The hosts Nigel & Pauline had organised a Easter egg hunt which the children enjoyed. Great idea. Lovely cross country walk to the George Inn wearing suitable shoes & footwear for the season.

The Beeches amazing! We booked the cow shed 1 and 2 for a weekend to celebrate a birthday. We were an all female family group of 4 generations. There were different abilities including 1 wheelchair user. From the minute we arrived to the time we left our experience was amazing, what a fantastic gem it is, the owners were really accommodating and everything within the cottages was exemplary, other accommodations would struggle to meet their standards. The area is beautiful and so quiet, but if you wanted to find something to do or somewhere to go it was within a short distance, and the games room had some of our younger adults having a great competitive time! Please don’t over look this gem of a place, you won’t be disappointed.

We had a fabulous 2 night stay here. Our accommodation, the Milking Shed was exactly as described, and it was warm and very comfortable and exceptionally clean. We booked direct and took advantage of the Thermae Bath Spa vouchers. We walked 25 minutes from the accommodation to Bradford on Avon train station, then took a 12 minute train ride to the centre of Bath. Our 'mini break' was very relaxing, Bradford on Avon is a pretty town with nice pubs and restaurants and open spaces. I thoroughly recommend this place to stay.

The Beeches Farmhouse is truly one of the most welcoming places I have ever been to. From the moment you arrive, you feel at home, surrounded by warmth, care, and the highest standards in every aspect—hospitality, extra cleanliness, comfort, and the beautiful interior design. The serene nature around adds to the peaceful charm, making it a perfect retreat. What makes this place truly special is the kindness and generosity of Niguel, his wife, and all the wonderful staff (including their sweet dogs!). They go above and beyond to make sure every guest feels safe, supported, and cared for. I experienced this firsthand when I had an accident, and their help and compassion meant so much to me. I couldn’t recommend The Beeches Farmhouse more—it’s a place I would always love to return to. Heartfelt thanks to this amazing family for their warmth and support, Alia
