Optimal Apartments

Stayed at this apartment for 4 days. Just as described and the pictures don’t do it justice. The host was lovely and replied very quickly and lots of complimentary coffee, robes etc. Me and my partner felt safe and it was in a lovely area. The apartment is huge and is spectacular. We enjoyed the jacuzzi bath and the built in surround sound. The lighting throughout the apartment was LED’s which were amazing. Very modern and romantic apartment. I would 100% return and would recommend this to any family members and friends. Thank you for our stay

Came a few months ago and can’t recommend enough! Amazing stay beautiful apartment close to centre. Lovely hosts cant wait to come back! Plenty of places to eat close. Apartment is furnished beautifully feels very luxurious. Would definitely recommend.

Really enjoyed our stay. Nice big one bedroom executive apartment, with everything needed for our stay. The apartment was clean and the large jacuzzi was comfortable for 2 adults. The only minor issue was around the recent change to Netflix in the bathroom, the app is no longer available on that TV, but still available in the lounge or bedroom. So, this slightly impacted our plan to binge watch some Netflix series in the jacuzzi lol. However, we were honoured with a late checkout due to the miscommunication around this, so aside from that there were no serious issues and we would definitely return. Thanks Optimal apartments/Bina

Wow these apartments where amazing we booked last minute for my partners birthday and they didn't disappoint. From start to finish bina was really helpful and made use feel at ease. The apartments are situated in a good location not too far from restaurants super markets or even Bradford town centre. Its opposite a massive park and that was the view from our living room. The apartments are equipped with everything you need for a luxury stay. The jacuzzi bath is massive . Beds really comfortable honestly felt like home from home. Only down fall was not booking longer if you are staying here I would definitely recommend staying two nights I don't normally write reviews but the host and the apartment deserve it thank you again bina and we shall definitely be seeing you again .

Nice clean apartment parking is tight also they take 100£ deposit in cash and don’t inspect the property till you leave then they said a face towel is missing wich was not and will bill you for it without informing you apart from that is a fairly nice place to stay

Optimal apartments is outstanding 🌟 From the moment I booked, to the moment I left, the customer service I received from Bina and team was fantastic. Messages and queries were responded to in minutes prior to arrival. The apartment itself was amazing! Exactly as described and pictured on the website. There was not a single item out of place, everthing was super clean and tidy. We had a great experience at optimal apartments, much better than large hotel chains and businesses. Lots of things to do in local area, good location. Thank you again! 😊

Amazing stay here. Apartments are exactly as seen on photos. The luxurious feeling is apparent as soon as you step in the carpark. The welcome is an amazing touch, such helpful lovely people. The facilities are gorgeous, clean and well kept. Will definitely be our go to place to stay when we are in the area

Well what an absolute gem of a property this was. We had the most amazing host Bina who welcomed us and accommodated us from the beginning to the end of our stay. The apartment we stayed in was absolutely stunning. So much thought has gone into designing the apartments and they are well looked after. Our apartment was clean, modern and spacious. The host was great. Contacted us to arrange for check in time. Was at the property to welcome us, explained how to use everything in the apartment. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you for a beautiful stay!

Optimal apartments was, by far, one of the best places we’ve stayed at. From the location (opposite an award-winning park), to the apartment and the customer service - it exceeded our expectations! We stayed at the Designer Suite, which was spectacular- the hosts thought about the smallest of details such as bathrobes, slippers, toothbrushes etc. and the cleanliness of the place is astounding! It is clear they take pride in their apartments because of how organised and gleaming it was. The host met us by the door; she was extremely informative and helpful, offering a personalised service. Bina gave us a recommendation list of food places to try, which had been tried & tested which was a lovely touch. We had a slight issue with our Netflix but this was dealt with immediately! The best thing about the apartment was the hot tub and the television - a relaxing combo. We are definitely returning to the Optimal Apartments - it was a luxury stay with an excellent price!
