Tru by Hilton Bradenton I-75

Although the rates are NOT cheap, it definitely feels like a "budget" property, but this clearly isn't a vacation-destination so it's definitely adequate for a quick one or two night stay. The location of this hotel is convenient if you have a game or tournament at the Premier Sports Complex, just a few miles west of the hotel. The parking lot is well lit and there's a Publix shopping plaza just across the property in walking-distance without having to cross any major thoroughfares. Hotel reception was very friendly and efficient at check-in and check-out. The lobby, elevators, hallway, and rooms were all very clean. The breakfast buffet was well-stocked, and the motion-activated automated pancake oven was especially cool! No messy batter all over the buffet counter! There's also a water bottle/jug filling station and ice machine adjacent to the lobby that's extremely convenient for athletes.

Upon arrival everything was explained and I didn't have to ask any questions. The room was very clean and there were no issues with the TV remote, lights, shower, staff or breakfast. Really enjoyed my stay. Ty For making my trip drama free. Smiles 🤗

Wonderful customer service, very accommodating, and clean. Cesar went out of their way to ensure all my needs were met. The facilities were excellent, with modern amenities such as a well-equipped gym and complimentary breakfast. I particularly enjoyed the spacious and comfortable rooms, perfect for unwinding after a long day of meetings. Will definitely book for future business trips.

Bare bones hotel, not worth the price. Clean, but room is only cleaned every other day. We requested clean towels, (they only give you two) but they were never sent. Guest should not have to get their fresh towels from the front desk. Other guests on our floor were doing the same. If you won’t be in to clean for 2 days, then give the guests enough towels to see them through until the next cleaning. No coffee maker in the room. Coffee is supposed to be available in the lobby, but the pot was empty. Another day there was coffee, but no creamer or sugar. No safe in the room, no microwave. No closet, no dresser, tiny metal desk from IKEA . Your hanging clothes are hung on pegs out in the open. The room looked like a small college dorm room. Breakfast was good, place was clean, bed was comfortable. The hotel premise is eco friendly, I guess. In truth, they are all just ways to cut costs and keep more money in their corporate pocket. For that price, never again, Hilton.

Very nice hotel. Clean and convenient to the Interstate. Darralene and Alexis were on duty when I went to the counter after using my digital key to enter the room. They were friendly and professional and greeted me with a smile and were helpful in me finding a restaurant to eat at. They asked if I needed any thing and said feel free to let us know if you do. Breakfast was great and they have one of those neat little automatic pancake makers. As a Diamond Member in HHONORS I always chose a Hilton Property and this one was an excellent choice. Room was comfortable as well and since nothing is around close on the back of hotel it was very quiet.
