Peter and his team were more than happy to help and despite a room issue, offered suitable compensation and made our stay comfortable and pleasant. The food at breakfast was good, overall great value and friendly service, plenty of hot water and clean fluffy towels.

You know what your getting forever dependable and reliable where ever I stay with them in the country and I will be back. Clean rooms and fast check in the staff were very accommodating when I needed a charger as I had left mine behind. A good location and easy parking.

First time in Bracknell central travelodge, icl (I can’t lie) one of the best travelodge I have ever been to. They provided me full information about the area as it’s my first time at Bracknell ( I had an interview and family to meet). My best experience at this unique hotel is the service I received at the bar. Thank you Abdul & Ame.

Wonderful stay at the Bracknell central travel lodge. The staff and manager Peter were so helpful and friendly. The rooms were large, and cosy. Breakfast was delicious, fresh fruit, and porridge which was a nice surprise. The location is perfect only 10 minute walk to the lovely renovated town centre and bus and train station. Would highly recommend, look forward to returning. 😊

I stayed here as I just needed a break thinking i would get a lie In until I needed to check out at 12pm At 11am I heard knocking assuming it was next door as I still had an hour to check out All of a sudden a man from room service opened my door to which I shouted “hellooo” and he closed the door and left

Was happy with the hotel ,just a problem with parking as the building next to travelodge had there own car park but when there's were full they parked in the travelodge car park so people staying couldn't get a parking space and felt this was unfair on people staying at the hotel and having to go find somewhere else to park 20 min walk away from hotel.

Apart from a few issues with the WiFi etc, my stay was made by the way the team dealt with the service that they gave. I’d like to give a special mention to a few of them; Ame, Minisha & Peter were all extremely helpful and ensured my stay was both comfortable and enjoyable. They all gave excellent customer service, and went above and beyond. Can not thank them enough. ⭐️’s

Staff very helpful, unfortunately the lack of parking lets the hotel down. There were lots of cars with a nhs car parking pass taking up spaces in the travel lodge car park, some days we were lucky to get a space so we had to leave the car there and use taxis to get around. Also the shower pressure and bathroom very small. The bed was ok but not the comfiest, Also there was a homeless looking and smelling lady who was sitting by the lift on floor 3 using the socket to charge her phone for a few hours the smell was terrible.
