Cardinal Motel Bowling Green

This is a wonderful motel and very reasonably priced. It has just been remodeled and is much less expensive than nearby chains. We had a room with 2 very comfortable beds, a table with 2 chairs, microwave and large mini-fridge. The bathroom had a large tiled shower with great water pressure. The bathroom had all new fixtures and was spotless. We did not hear traffic noise or our neighbors. Carpeting was clean. There is a great coffee shop across the road and a brewery within a short walk.

This is a very nice place! It is super clean, updated, comfy, quiet and felt safe. The parking lot is very brightly lit and very nice owners r on site. There is a very good coffee spot right across the street and other places to eat extremely close. This is the kind of place I like to find, everything u need for half the price of others. And only had to carry my luggage about 6' from my trunk to my door.

Never again. Owners were so rude and NOT accomidating. At all. Steer clear from here!!! However, location and price were good. And rooms were newly remodled. Only stay here if you'd like to be treated like a second class citizen!!!!!!!!!!!

We booked Cardinal motel for 2 nights while in Bowling Green for an Antique Oldsmobile club of America national meet. Conveniently located, close to everything. The price was very reasonable, the rooms were remodeled and impeccably clean. The owner was very congenial and helpful. We would stay again .

We stayed one night on our road trip and had a great stay! The property has been completely redone without losing the charm of the vintage vibe! Everything in the room was new and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and seemed genuinely glad we had chosen this place for our stay.

Great value in a fantastic location. Check-in was easy. The motel is clean and quiet. Everyone there is friendly. There's a brewery, coffee shop, and dive bar all within walking distance. Also quick access to major thoroughfares and downtwon.

The motel was SUPER clean, room was very neat, and smelled very nice. Bathroom and shower was also extremely clean, and the shower had nice hot water. Overall our experience was awesome and we will definitely be staying again on the way back down. 10/10 would recommend staying here over to a normal hotel.

What a stellar motel! I can’t give this place a higher rating. I stopped here for an overnight stay during the Thanksgiving holiday. I only stayed long enough to shower and sleep, and it was kind of a bummer because this is the kind of place you WANT to stay a little longer! My hotel room was recently renovated, very clean, and very modern. If you look at the pictures of the King rooms in the review photos (on *******) you’ll see a beautifully furnished, contemporary room. I was so pleased with my stay. This is exactly what we got, but it was so much cuter in person. The shower was brand new, large, and the whole bathroom was SO clean, new, and white. The bed was fantastic. Everything about this motel exceeded my expectations. If I’m ever driving through this part of the country again I will stay here again with absolutely no hesitation! I might even go an hour out of my way, honestly. What a breath of fresh air on cross country road trip! Thank you Cardinal Motel!

If you're looking for a place to spend the night on the road, this place is perfect, especially for the price. The rooms were a good size, spotless, and everything seemed brand new. Comfortable bed, fairly quiet, despite being on a main road. Good location and easy access. The owner/manager was very friendly and helpful. I always travel with my own pillow (although the motel's were perfectly fine) and I left it behind on the way back to Florida. The owner was very cooperative in holding onto it for me until I could arrange having it shipped home. The only negative thing I have to say, and already gave this feedback to the owner, is that the overhead room lighting was a bit bright and harsh, and it would be better to have small lamps on the night tables. But if you're just looking for a clean, safe, comfortable place to spend the night, that's not a big disadvantage. Would definitely stay here again.
