My rating would be higher but upon arrival my room type was not ready, because housekeeping did not clean that room type on the day I arrived. I was given a different room, but it was not the right bed type. The hotel resolved the issue by giving me a suite. The downside was the suite was over the swimming pool and the smell of chlorine filled the room. Secondly, I was told that housekeeping would service the room on my second day. After returning from a long day of business, I found the room as I left it. When I asked about the room being serviced, I was told housekeeping had over 200 rooms to clean. What was odd is that the night before, I was told there were only 3 people on the floor I was assigned. Because I believe in second chances, I will return in the future. However, I will call the day before to ensure the room type I have reserved is clean and ready as well as request a room on a higher floor.
